"I had a fon memory of this property having stayed there 10 years prior. This time I arrived at the property at 2:30 after a long day of driving. The front desk person acted like she was checking me in then gave me a piece of paper and said to come back at 4 because the room wasn't ready. When I returned at 4 a different front desk person said my room still wasn't ready and to check back in 30 minutes. By this time the line to check in was out the door and I was getting very annoyed with the whole situation. Tired, grumpy, and exhausted I left the property and went to Hampton Inn up the street, which was an amazing property. I will never go back to Virgin River."
