“Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...

“The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. ”

“일단 머무는 아파트와 리셉션은 분리 되어있습니다. 리셉션이 있는 곳은 스시야하고 빵집이 있는 아치형 문으로 들어가서 바로 오른쪽에 하단으로 내려가는 길을 가면 나옵니다. 매우 해맸네요. 전체적으로 제가 머물은 곳은 위치나 이런건 다 좋았어요 방도 넓고, 세탁기도 있어서 좋습니다. 근대 단점은 좀 늦게 들어가면 현관 아주머니가 문을 열어주셔야 하는데 우크라이나어를 못하면 문 여는게 좀 불편합니다. 참고 하세요.”

“I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!”

“The apartment was spotless. And included a weekly visit from the cleaning lady who brought in fresh towels, cleaned everything and made up the bed with fresh bedding. Had everything I needed for simple meals at home. Close proximity to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The landlord has been most helpful with the questions that I’ve had. ”
