I found this hotel to be witnin 10 mins walking to city center. Being just outside city meant that is was nice and quiet. 5 mins away China Town. 5 mins away Albert Dock. Beautiful pleasant location.

Good friendly reception staff. Bar staff did like his mobile. Room was adequate plenty of in room drinks. Not much of a drinks (spirit) selection. Very poor food menu.

I was looked after from arrival to departure, the staff were friendly and efficient. When staying in Liverpool the Campanile is ALWAYS my first choice.

Very average hotel

Had to pay to leave 2 small bags for a couple of hours never had to in any other hotels I’ve stayed in room was ok but the bathroom was very dirty mould dirty tiles needs a full renovation

View was outstanding bedroom needs updating no radiator in bathroom or wondow definitely needs to check mattress has was degusting when we strip our bef menu and bar needs more choices some staff were fantastic dont expect drinks taken from table before we finished them and must wait for people to finish having there cereals etc before putting youre breakfast in front of you before you have even started
