"It is a nice hotel! The location is very near to the city centre! The cleaning service u have to talk to reception so they can clean ur room! If u stay more than three days, u still have to contact reception! But they gave me the paper it says if u stay longer than two nights, they will automatically clean your room which is not accurate that will mislead a lot of people! But the rest was good! I love the breakfast they provided! They have to put slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room!"

The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé dinner. The food was consistently fresh and delicious, but what made our mornings truly memorable was the service from Jerry. He brought warmth, humour, and genuine hospitality to every interaction, an absolute gem and a real asset to the Shangri-La team. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and looked after. "Great stay close to what we needed to do. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful Good communication prior to arrival. Parking is available but definitely only for small to medium cars. Bed was comfy and room amenities very good. "
