Good

Great location, easy check-in and friendly. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was very handy. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, but otherwise the experience was good.

Clifton Villa

Myself and my partner had a great stay at the Clifton Villa. The room was spotless & we was greeted a warm welcome from the owner. We could not fault the breakfast one bit. The hotel is located right in the middle of the town also so very close to the shops and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn.

Staycation in Llandudno

We had a Deluxe room that was all it was supposed to be, kitchen area very clean, tea , coffee etc all to hand. Bed was very large and comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Towels were fluffy and soft. Nothing was to much for Dan, will definitely stay at the Clifton on our next visit to Llandudno.

Best of the best!

Absolutely fabulous visit! This place has it all. Our room was spotless and very nicely decorated. The hosts were so helpful with their suggestions for dinners out and sites to visit. Breakfast was scrumptuous with numerous choices including their specialty, flash-seared smoked salmon on a buckwheat blini with poached eggs and creme fraiche. Yum! The guesthouse was within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants and pubs galore. If you just want to chill, there is an in-house bar for guests and a sunny front patio area. A beautiful location with hosts who made our visit truly memorable.

Convenient location

We stayed here for the weekend as we had tickets for a show at Venue Cymru. The Guesthouse was in a convenient location for the sea front, local shops and restaurants and not too far to walk to the theatre. Dan and Agi were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice to please everyone. Would recommend the signature breakfast of blini, poached eggs and smoked salmon. Delicious. Our room was lovely and comfortable with all we could need.

Great location in Llandudno.

Another relaxing weekend in Llandudno with a trip to the theatre to see Jane McDonnell. Hotel is very well placed in the town centre , ideally positioned for the shops and restaurants..We stay here once every year and will definitely be visiting the Clifton again .

Wonderful service.

I booked this for my parents. They had a wonderful couple of days. The service was fantastic and the little extras like home made cookies in the room, water and dressing gowns made it feel veey personal.

Highly recommended

I would definitely recommend Clifton Villas. Excellent location close to all local attractions/amenities, scrupulously clean and thoughtfully presented rooms, very comfortable bed, first-class breakfasts (especially the signature breakfast!) and very friendly, helpful owners. There are lots of lovely touches: my children appreciated the home-made cakes and flapjacks, and we appreciated the Welsh Black and conversation in the bar!

Nice Guest House in the centre of Llandudno

We stayed for 3 nights - Thursday to Sunday. On arriving we were made very welcome and chatted with the owner. He gave us some pointers about where to eat and what to do. The décor in the room was fresh. We stayed in a suite and there was plenty of room for a family of 4. The next morning there was a good choice for breakfast. The full English and the Eggs Clifton Villa were both delicious. One of the evenings we had some drinks in the guest house. The prices were good and the owner was happy to chat. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others.
