"Very basic, ideal location.
Clean towels should be provided throughout stay, only was provided at start of stay.I had to go get some more to put down as shower was leaking. Hot water doesn't last and takes long time to reheat.
Beds were comfortable, kitchen was ok.
Door not easily unlocked to enter and staff came to take door off hinge to adjust, one the balcony doors wouldn't lock either so had to be fixed. These are things that should be kept on top of before anyone stays.
Heating is not adequate, no heating in bedroom. "

"Was put in a room in the middle of the renovation work on arrival.
After some conversation with yourselves ans at the property managed to get moved to s different room after being initially told it was not possible.
It got sorted eventually but spend most of my first day unoacking, repacking and unpacking again.
Once sorted couldnt really fault it for value apart from construction noise.
