There is a lack of staff on this property considering the amount of people staying there. if you call before check-in, nobody will answer the phones. Overall ok staying.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
With the exception of catering and waiting members, staff were surly and thoroughly unhelpful. When I asked to change my room from one facing a brick wall only 5 feet away, I was forced to pay an addition €74 to move to the same floor but overlooking a pool. There were NEVER enough sun beds and of those that were available were ancient with many collapsing when sat upon, even by thin/sender individuals. No tea/coffee in the rooms and a charge of €35 euros just to use the room safe!!!!!!!! The €20 Deposit for pool towels resulted in the majority of guests simply using room bath towels and because of the possibility of not getting a bed, many were left unused with towels/books/magazines etc left to display “ ownership”. A thoroughly disappointing hotel and certainly NOT one I would recommend. Will never return
