Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the pool area and it also has a great little spa, although we didn’t get time to use it. The breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet variety and also fresh food cooked to order. Just a couple of things took away from the 5 star experience: the room l booked was with a balcony but the one got didn’t have one. "Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner. But obviously this is no fault of the hotel. "
