Heerlijke modern ingerichte kamers, goed geïsoleerd voor het geluid van buitenaf. Kamers waren schoon en netjes. Ook rond het zwembad en bij de eetgelegenheid was het heel erg schoon. Je ziet nergens iets op de grond liggen en alle toiletten worden heel goed bijgehouden. Goed all-in assortiment en geen mensen die handdoekje leggen in de vroege morgen bij het zwembad.

I was unhappy that there was an additional charge of 42 euros to use a cot. When booking the hotel I would expect all fees to be included and thought this was a lot of money for a cot. Also, air con in the room was turned off even though temperatures were high and we had a baby who was extremely restless in the very warm conditions.

No nonsense decent hotel

Room was fine, mattress could have been a bit comfier, it was a bit thin. No issues with stay at all. Friendly staff. Ample parking and no hidden charges.

Room size is okay, swimming areas are good and very relaxing. Gym is nothing to write home about, most of the equipment are old and not working well. Treadmill was not working. Internet is not that good in the entire property. Couldn't connect from my room unless i go downstairs. Good Food, same thing everyday not much varieties but food everywhere so you have something to eat at anytime, no water in the room, too bad, i nearly shocked. In summary a good hotel, but a little overprice for Spain

Séjour agréable et reposant en famille.

Séjour agréable, hôtel conforme à ce que nous espérions. Nous aurions bien aimé quelques animations supplémentaires mais c'était satisfaisant cependant. Les buffets ne sont pas trop variés mais bons dans l'ensemble. Un très joli point de vue (avec piscine naturelle) est accessible à pied tout proche de l'hôtel, n'hésitez pas à aller le découvrir!).

Super goed hotel. Prima familiekamer, keurige (altijd warme) douche. Veel variatie bij het eten, ook goed eten en goede vriendelijke bediening. Super schone zwembaden en een leuke Splash Pool voor de kinderen. Animatie is dagelijks door de dag heen met ‘s avonds mini disco en ingehuurd entertainment voor de volwassen. De bus stopt voor de deur en je bent met 15 minuten op Playa Palma. Al met al een prima hotel voor een prima prijs.

Es fällt nicht leicht hier zu bewerten. Neutral bewerten wir den Standort, da der vorher bekannt ist. Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Ort ohne touristische Infrastruktur. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen haben, um irgendwo hin zu kommen. Es gibt zwar einen Strand, dort kann man aber nicht baden und man muss einen knappen Kilometer laufen und dabei viele Höhenmeter überwinden. Das Hotel selber scheint etwas älter zu sein, wurde aber teilweise auch schon renoviert. Soweit alles ok. Das Personal ist hervorragend. Nun aber die negativen Dinge. Zum einen ganz klar das Essen. Es ist zwar nicht schlecht, bitet aber keinerlei Abwechslung. Jeden Tag praktisch das gleiche und sehr englisch, auf Fleisch ausgerichtet. Frisches Obst wie Äpfel oder Bananen nur selten, Säfte niemals frisch sondern ausschließlich aus dem Sirupautomaten. Die Pizza ist Fertigware, schmeckt exakt wie hier aus dem Großmarkt. Die Liste lässt sich fortsetzen. Das Essen ist nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Zweiter großer Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung. Im Fitnessraum funktionieren die Geräte teilweise nicht, die Waschmaschinen außer Betrieb, nicht alle Bars geöffnet und vor allem funktioniert das WLAN überhaupt nicht. In der Lobby sporatisch und extrem langsam, in den Zimmern oder am Pool gar nicht, obwohl damit geworben wird. Das ist absolut nicht zeitgemäß und auch nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Preis-Leistung ok, bei 3 Sternen wäre die Bewertung gut ausgefallen, bei 4 Sternen leider nicht.
