"had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the well-maintained amenities. It truly felt like a relaxing and peaceful space. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to everything, yet still quiet enough to unwind. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort and convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was a terrible stay, it was my wife's birthday and I had asked for a Harbour view , they ended up giving me a pool view, and with that we thought the glass you couldn't see from outside then we walked outside and you can clearly see us from the outside. On top of that, only one light worked in the room so we had to keep the blinds open. On top of that we had a free 50$ food voucher that we could not use anywhere, we tried and they just kept telling us no. The biggest thing is we had bugs and flies in our room, the room was still dirty and the musty smell my wife couldn't handle anymore so we didn't even stay in the room for more then 5 hours, also we left one day early as she couldn't take it. For a 700$+ a night room this was the worst experience I have dealt with. And"

"Pros: - Full kitchens available - Location - Ability to store luggage prior to check-in (5$ per night fee) Cons: - No hot water when showering at night and have to let the water run for a significant amount of time to get hot water during the day leading to a concerning amount of wasted water if this issue affects all rooms - Long lines to use the laundry machines"

"I cannot speak about all the rooms here, but the one we stayed in was not sanitary. Both beds had questionable large areas of brown stains on the box springs and the odor when you open the door hits you so hard. Originally it smelt like the room had been soaked in urine mixed with pinesol. We thought maybe it was a reaction to something with the cleaner, so we opened the window, turned on the fans and left for 3 hrs. When we came back the odor was still there. We complained to the front desk but the hotel was full so they could not move us rooms until the next day. The front lobby and hallway did not have this smell, just when you opened our door. We tried leaving the door open and window open with three fans running to get rid of the odor but it did not go away. I had to be up at4am the next morning for a race so we decided to just try and sleep. I was very uncomfortable here and barely sleep. After my race they said a room would be ready at 3pm for us to move but was told it "may still smell as this is an old hotel" and they could give us an air freshener. We decided to check out early and find another hotel. I choose this hotel for the location not the ratings, but we barely spent more than 7 hours in our room because of the odor and dirtiness of the room. We didnt even want to sit in the chairs in the room. The staff did try to help the best they could but I do not believe anyone should be breathing that mysterious odor in......even if its a 2 star hotel."

"Room was clean , comfortable but really small and even it seemed newly renovated it felt old and it was noisy from the cars on a busy street. Staff was very attentive . Restaurants are nice and food was good."

"The location of this hotel is perfect , 2 blocks takes you to the water taxi to Granville Island, or you can take a stroll along the ocean wall to sunset beach . Staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Rooms were very clean but a bit dated but I understand they are renovating . Overall a great stay and I’d go back"
