"Far from the Ljubljana city center. Near to bus stop. One bus line (12D) every 1,5 hours. Takes 35 minutes. But property is at good condition. Great breakfast. Price performance is great."

"It is not in old town. Be clear on that point. But it has a public bus stop right in front as well as a tavern attached with a beautiful patio. I believe there is a great restaurant across the way as well. The bus is fine if you don't have luggage to drag around. I took a metro taxi from the bus station. It was about 15 euros for door to door service. I was lucky in that the tour I was going on picked me up. That is not normal but a marathon changed the bus route. Otherwise, it was beautiful. My room was really like a suite. It was huge with a giant TV (I didn't watch but it was big) and a big bathroom. I wish my house was as nice. I didn't have the time to investigate the area so can't say much on that. The staff was wonderful. The taxi drivers (again don't use the random ones outside the bus station) kept asking why did I choose so far out. It is about 12km from old city, I think? I could have never gotten as nice a room but it does change some of the logistics. The breakfast was plentiful. I enjoyed it."

"Exceptional stay, from helpful staff starting right from check-in (and accommodating my booking date error), to the great included breakfast, clean & spacious room, and evening dinner (high quality both in ingredients and presentation). The property itself is also very well maintained and nicely decorated with modern touches. Felt very much like a resort boutique hotel. It was a a bit surprising to find such a great place (in addition to such an affordable price) in part as it is a little outside the main areas that people normally might think of, being in a small residential area outside Kranj. But its location is a good jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas (and conveniently near the LJB airport too). Exceedingly good value for what you receive. Highly recommend and would stay again if ever visiting this region of Slovenia."

"Small apartment on the first floor near the kitchen & laundry. Lights from cars shining into window upon arrival, perhaps a shade would be nice.Requested additional pillows upon arrival through email due to back & knee issues, never saw them nor did anyone ever respond to me. Could not call internationally so used email. Very noisy with guests & children running around in halls & yelling in rooms, dogs barking. Perhaps suggest guests monitor their noise due to no carpet/ rugs in building or room and close quarters. No soap in shower. Nice we could do a load of laundry! Did not pay for nor have breakfast so no idea about choices available. Close to airport & about 40 minutes from Ljubiana."
