“First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel,...

“객실상태도 깨끗하고 침구도 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 직원분들의 친절함에 감동했어요. 전날 밤에 도착해서 전자레인지 사용을 문의했는데, 위치를 알려주시면서 식기도 얼마든지 사용하라고 안내해주셨습니다. 너무 친절하심에 감동했고, 다 사용한 뒤에도 그릇을 치워주시기까지 하셨어요. ㅠㅠ 너무 감사했습니다!!! 조식도 간단하지만 너무 좋았어요. 전체적으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 다만 처음 호텔구역으로 들어갈때 출입코드가 안와서 한참을 해멨는데, 왜 안온건지 잘 모르겠습니다. 방문하실때 전날에 반드시 출입코드 왔는지 확인하고 가세요!! ”

“There is free parking lot next to hotel. It is very good since parking is not easy near that pace and enjoyed nice view and Church, too.”

“안내 직원은 매우 친절합니다 다만 중세시대의 건물에 세련되지못한 화장실 시설은 에러입니다 또한 방안의 시설 특히 카페트는 너무 지저분했고 방안의 오줌지린듯한 고약한 냄새는 정말 최악이었습니다”

“몽생미셸에선 제일 좋은 호텔이다. 주차장까지 1.8킬로 떨어져있어서 호텔에서 보이는 위치는 아니지만 호텔내부는 엄청 깔끔하고 넓고 쾌적했음. 특히나 주인이저씨가 호텔방에 오셔서 이것저것 꼼꼼히 설명해주셨다. 몽섕미셸 들어가서 투어라든가 주차하는 법 볼것들도 설명해주셨고 조식도 맛있었음. 밤에 야경보러갈땐 혹시 문제생기면 전화하라고 명함도 주셨다. 잊지 못할거 같은 호텔 주인 부부와 불독강아지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ”

“This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience. Also, the views of Mont St Michel from their grounds is worth the price of admission! Also, wait til you meet their peafowl mascots.”

“The room was clean, staff was polite. Does have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work very well. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was not very impressive.”
