“Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming. At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.”
