"My wife and two sons (22 and19) had a fantastic 3 day stay at this exquisite resort. Every member of the staff encountered over the 3 day stay was super friendly and helpful. "If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’hôtel est très propre avec plusieurs piscines donnant vue sur la plage à seulement quelques mètres. Les repas sont très bons, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié. Le personnel adorable. Je vous conseille cet hôtel sans problème. "
