This was our favourite place we stayed while traveling around Indonesia. Great location with really good restaurants close by. The staff were outstanding. Beautiful grounds & great pools. The breakfast included with our stay was also very good.

Lovely, careful about current building work.

Rooms were great, lovely grounds, great staff. Only negative was the noise from building work that the hotel is doing, could have warned when booking.

The food was good. The floating beakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, beautiful hotel. Great location. Next to a lot of shops and restaurant. Nice pools. Very nice staff! The only con was the construction during our stay was a little noisy and the spa was not a great experience. It wasn't a relaxation massage for either of us, and it's simply a lack of experience and technique from the staff. Otherwise, I would stay here again!

2 night stay to visit local area. Hotel clean, central and comfy room. Only complaint is people slamming doors all night and a group of drunk women partying by the pool till 1:30am. Yelling and screaming.

The Sima was a last-minute booking for us. The room and facilities were showing their age. It could have been cleaner. That said, it was a great experience! Lovely location, air conditioner worked (not always a given :)) and the breakfast was also lovely. Their affiliated spa provided the best massages of our trip. We would go back.

When we checked in initially the safe wasn't working, someone came and picked it up and took it away and replace with another one that worked. None were screwed into the wardrobe. The next thing we noticed was the toilet was not working properly, they gixed it cery quickly although left thr old bit for thr ckraner to remove! The third issue was lack of hot water in the shower mainly. When we mentioned this to reception we were told that block 1 and 2 only had enough hot water for one shower per room. If we were to move to block 3 we could have ad much hot eater as we wanted!! The grounds of the hotel were very nice although there is some building eork going on at the top pool.

Very good stay, super recommended

Everything at the hotel is good, specially the location and service offered by staff. I will recommend it to anyone... I had small accident with a motorcycle (take care) and staff tried to help me on every issue.

This hotel was just amazing, they had a lovely pool and children area in their facilities. The staff there was very helpful and there was an atm machine and a diving school just next to the hotel. It was just on the beach, their food was quite good too, and at night they projected movies on the beach, which was super lovely. It’s location is good for watching the sunset too.

The rooms wifi was very spotty, and had to constantly back and forth between it and my own hotspot. The shower produced no more than 5 minutes of hot water, which made shaving impossible. The breakfast was rather cold, and the selection was mediocre at best. I would not stay here again.

2回目の宿泊です。2024年から増築されてました。増築されたと知らずプールアクセスの部屋を予約したら、エントランスから1番遠い部屋でした。しかしプールも増築されており、楽しめますが遠いので注意が必要です。予約時に近いところと遠いところで分けて予約できたらいいなと思いました。 そのほかはパーフェクトで、部屋も綺麗で、朝ごはんも美味しくて滞在は楽しかったです！
