Taxi dropped us off the hotel entrance. A doorman open the door and took our luggages. Greeted by another concierge to bring us to receptionist. We were seated by the fire place with some snacks and champagne. The experience was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station.
