I loved my stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location close to the etube, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again :)

Very friendly staff Very clean We stayed overnight to make a busy weekend in London,Perfect for the price. Close to Ilford station so the use of the Elizabethan line came in handy. Gants Hill station for the Central line. is a bus ride away . Overall cant fault the Hotel.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Rooms provided to us were clean and in very good condition. I particularly appreciated the shower cubicle; easy to use with good water pressure. The coffee shop was a pleasant surprise; good coffee and service; comforting ambiance of the layout, a quiet place to relax with family. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Bad reviews not accurate.

Me and my friend were looking for a cheap hotel and we found this. At first we were nervous because we had seen some bad reviews, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was small but it was enough for us, the room looked new and smelled new. The train station was 2 minutes from the hotel which was super helpful. Honestly, no complaints perfect for 2 people that just wants somewhere to stay

If your bank is not from the UK. Pay in advance before you come or bring cash to pay for your stay. NonUK bank cards not accepted. That said, the stay was great. Best breakfast provided that I ever had. Staff was very apologetic about the corporate decision on cards and was extremely helpful in all other matters.

Hard to find as entrance is through a coffee shop! No parking but a good car park about 5 mins walk away. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very small for 3 people but was ok for one overnight stay. Area a bit iffy 😕

The breakfast was delicious and all the staff was friendly and kind. The location has shopping , grocery and lots of great food. The only downside was my room was so hot if felt like a furnace. They do not have air conditioning and very rough for July summer.

Great price for a overnight stay, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and easy to navigate to from the train station. I can't for the life of me think why a room would need 18 individual plug sockets? The negative side is the rooms are small and compact with no windows for fresh air which makes the room very hot and there is no air conditioning. We where rudely awakened by building works going on directly outside our room and could also hear carpet cleaners going in the room below. The was no hot water on our arrival and through out the rest of the evening, so wasn't able to freshen up until the following morning. The staff where friendly and attentive, but overall disappointing.

Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpfull. Family room small but adequate and it was well maintained. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and was good. There was no parking at this hotel but was provided with parking just round the corner at their sister hotel. On the whole a nice hotel that I would definitely stay at again if in the area.

Good but wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room it self, while clean was incredibly hot so it wasn’t comfortable. There were fans but all that did was push warm air around. There was also no bedside or small lighting which meant you either had a very bright overhead light on or left in darkness. It was convenient for the station and to get into London but based on not sleeping well due to the heat I wouldn’t stay here again.

Satisfactory

Staff and service was very good and friendly and prompt check in. It was a hot day and night and the fan in the room was essential in the absence of air-con. Breakfast was terrible so don't bother with that. Otherwise it was a good stay and convenient for the Elizabeth Line.

Hotel is located a very short walk from Ilford station which affords a quick and easy access to Central London on Elizabeth Line. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurant around plus the hotel has one in the foyer Lovely, attentive staff. Nothing is too much to ask. Had my breakfast freshly cooked to order which was a nice touch. perfect. Will definitely return.

Alright for the convenience

Room was extremely hot, even with a fan and the window open. Toilet wasn't cleaned before checking-in. TV didn’t recognise freeview channels. Other than that, room was in good condition and staff were friendly.

Manager is efficient and fair with dealing with issues. For example, I’d asked for someone to remove a dirty old pair of underwear that was on the landing outside my window which was dealt with swiftly! I was also considering furthering my stay and he explained options clearly. On Expedia it did say “access to a nearby indoor pool” this was not the case and disappointed my 13 year old son somewhat as he loves to swim! I did not like the breakfast I’d brought from the cafe. Enjoyed the fresh orange juice. However the buffet breakfast which I saw in the morning did look nice. I really loved the placement and some of the designs of the mirrors around the hotel. Also, there were other design elements I liked. Overall decent stay. Thanks

Avoid if you are traveling by car

We arrived to find the Hotel on a busy London road with no place for vehicles to stop for a few hundred yards at least. I double parked at risk in order to run in and ask where their parking is, I was directed to a sister property a couple of blocks away. I arrived there to find no parking either but an employee moved their vehicle so that we could park. I had emailed prior to my arrival and was reassured that there would be a parking space. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Our room was hot so we opened our windows for some fresh air. We had a flight early next am so went to bed at 930pm for a 445am wake up. We listened to the people in the next building talking and yelling till about midnight along with the tv in the next room. At 430am we had someone walking around upstairs loudly but we were on the top floor, I suspect it might be living quarters for the staff? We slept terrible and it made for an extremely long day today with our travel. In addition the traffic noise was non-stop but we were unable to close our windows due to the room being very hot.
