LOVED the hotel! It was so conveniently located near Tower Bridge yet not over noisy or crowded. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check in due to our flight landing time and needed to check in after midnight - not a problem! Someone was there and able to assist even at that late hour. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed including in room washer and dryer. Balcony offered view of the Thames as well as the Tower and Tower Bridge. Located close to the Tower Bridge tube stop so getting around was easy. Would recommend and stay here again!

Stayed at the hotel for only one night unfortunately. Check in was smooth, bags delivered to room when it was ready. Bellman gave a great walk through of the room. View is fantastic, location is perfect. Best a/c we came across in the UK. Balcony is a great place to unwind. Would recommend this place 1000%!

Beautiful room and setting! Great location with walking distance to the Tower of London and the tube. Only disappointment was the front desk staff. They were not friendly at all. Rude at check in and did not greet us when walking into lobby area. Would have expected much better customer service from this highly rated hotel.

A wonderful hotel that set the standard for hospitality in the heart of London. We stayed in the Suite with a balcony and a nice view of London bride and the river. From the wonderful friendly and efficient Don, the the very helpful Ilya who extended our checkout time and booked us into a two hour session at their "hospitality suite" ( a first for me in my many years of travelling) to the charming Louise at reception who welcomed us on arrival, this is hospitality as it should be. Located across Tower Bridge and bordering the Thames this was indeed a very pleasurable experience.

Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison. 10/10 all around.

Room was clean and inviting. The balcony view of The Thames and Tower Bridge was worth every penny. I didn't need to kitchen other than for teas but very modern. The close proximity of this property to Tower Hill Station and London Bridge Station makes this an ideal pick between price, amenities and location.
