Great olace to stay, staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with everything we needed and very clean. Nice little balcony to sit out on. This is a great place to stay for families the hotel was quiet and the area was quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette was really handy especially the fridge. The shower was amazing and certainly woke you up! The room we had was in the basement but no complaints. It was quiet apart from in the mornings with people up.and down the stairs but this was to be expected. We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay and will hopefully be back soon.

Recommended

A suitably cheeky reception, a clean and very functional suite, excellent service throughout the stay. Questions might be asked about fire safety, given that the fire exit is down all the stairs and out the front door. Apart from that, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Property was supposed to be 4 stars. It wasn't. That said it was OK. Staff was fine, room was clean but it was pretty basic. A room with 2 beds and a bath. It was located in an area that was lots and lots of row houses many of which were also hotels. There were none of the extras that I associate with 4 stars. However, it had good blackout curtains and air conditioning and it was clean. A little far if you are toting luggage so definitely need a cab (About $25-$30 USD) and the tube is walkable but not something I'd suggest with luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me use the phone to get some tickets to a football match. Alex was friendly and fun to talk to. All the staff made me feel welcome and i was happy to see familiar faces since the last time i was there. The area around the hotel is very safe and quiet. It is approx 8 min walk to paddington station. The room service is prompt and comes everyday even hjough i used it only 4 times in 11 days. They come a few times to see if you have removed the DnD sign. My only issue is the heat wasnt working like last time but there was a space heater in the room so it was fine. Also the wifi router wasn't working on the 3rd floor for a few days but i had plent of data. They called their tech suppoet ppl to fix it but it didnt work. I tried turning it on and off myself. Overall i like this hotel and would come again as it is my second time here. Just a few improvements thar are an easy fix and it's no problem!

Für London-Trips empfehlenswert. Sehr gut gelegen. Trotz der Citylage relativ ruhig. In 5 Minuten erreicht man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof Paddington oder den Hydepark. Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

We loved the Cleveland Hotel! We stayed in one of the family studio suites for a week and it was the perfect size for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the space was well laid-out, and the kitchenette came in handy for the few times we ended up getting food to go. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from both Paddington Station and Bayswater Station (and both stations have a ton of restaurants nearby). We were out exploring every day, and appreciated coming back every evening to a spotless room. The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything about our stay there was as easy as could be. We would absolutely stay there again!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Receptionist was very helpful. We were early but the lady let us check in which was a godsend as we were a little wet due to the weather. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very near to Hyde Park.

Great location and a good price. Room even had a small kitchen. Yes there are stairs and no elevator as other reviews mentioned. So if you have large heavy or numerous bags, this probably isn’t for you. Otherwise it’s great.

Bra hotell

Trevligt litet hotell i lugnt och fint bostadsområde med lägenheter i 40 miljonersklassen. Samtidigt som det är mindre än 10 minuters promenad till två tunnelbanestationer vid olika linjer, vilket gör det smidigt ta sig till olika delar av London. Bl.a. direkttåg till Heathrow från den ena stationen vilket gjorde resan till London enkel.. Vid stationerna finns även restauranger och butiker. Studiosviten vi bodde i var ungefär som ett normalt enklare hotellrum i Sverige. Det var välstädat och fräscht. Det såg som vanligt inte riktigt ut som på bilderna. I vårt rum var pentryt bredvid sängen. Det var nästan så att man hade kunnat sitta i sängen och röra i stekpannan. Det var mycket begränsat med kökstillbehör så det är inget för den som verkligen vill laga mat. Men vi kunde steka ägg och värma färdigmat i mikron så det funkar för den som antingen vill leva lite billigare eller som har behov av att kunna göra enklare tillagning. Det finns inget renodlat bagagerum men man kunde lämna väskorna öppet på golvet i receptionen och fick hämta ut dem mot kvitto. Det finns heller ingen frukostmatsal utan man får antingen äta ute eller ordna egen frukost. För vår del var det ett bra väldigt smidigt hotellrum som passade oss som såg fördelen med det enkla pentryt, och vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo där igen och även rekommendera det till vänner.

Really nice, old converted townhouses. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff were excellent and friendly. Location was the best. Off the main streets, so very quiet, yet within a 5 to 8 minute walk of PADDINGTON or Bayswater Circle Line. Little kitchenette was very useful and saved us a lot of money on expensive British dining.

Hotel tres agréable

Super rapport qualité-prix dans ce coin de Londres. Nous y avons séjourné avec mes 2 grandes ados, la chambre etait vraiment spacieuse, propre et les lits hyper confortables. Super bien situé entre la station de métro Paddington et Hyde Parc, il y a en plus pas mal de restaurants et de pubs dans le coin. Point negatif : L'ascenseur était hors service, dommage car nous étions au dernier étage. Prevoyez un cache-yeux car il n'y a pas de volets, ni de rideaux occultants, mais ça c'est dans tous les hôtels de Londres ! Si je dois revenir à Londres, c'est cet hôtel que je choisirai !
