Amazing huge apartment!

I am in love with this place. All the comforts of home. 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, office, kitchen and living room. My new London place. I felt like I lived in the city and it was so convenient to my jobs at Bishopsgate.

Comfortable, clean stay near Tube station.

Really nice apartment near the Tube. My family and I found the apartment clean and comfortable for our 1st leg of our UK trip. Really flexible staff as our wait at customs was well over 2 hours causing us to run 40 Minutes late our meetup for the keys. Thank you.

We stayed for 1 week and the apartment was not cleaned well I had to wash all the crockery before using it. Sofas had big stains on it and looked pretty dirty. They need a set of hooks to hang coats on inside the door. The tv was not working and it took 4 days for them to fix so we could not watch any tv and no mention of a reimbursement of any kind. Location is good as it’s 2 minutes from the tube.

Overall good with a few snags

Overall the apartment was in a great location for us and it's amenities catered for our needs. Good quality set up, no noise heard from the busy streets near by. The facilities had every thing we needed and overall everything was of a high quality. Plus having the patio in the city centre was a nice to have. Contact from the supplier was positive, making sure they were there to check us in at a time that suited us. My only negative is that the problems we reported whilst staying were not resolved during the stay. I understand issue's can happen, however I'd expect them to be resolved during our stay. We had an issue with flys, a broken cupboard and one of the showers. The shower being the most inconvenient, as the door would not close. Using it whilst trying to hold the door shut was not great. We reported the issues after the first night of a 4 night stay. Whilst we received a quick reply the issues were not actually resolved during our stay. This was very disappointing.

Stylish, clean spacious London pad

Easy to access from several tube lines, this apartment proved a very convenient, quiet and comfortable base for our stay in London. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms smart. It has a spiral staircase and a small outside space.

Cute and clean but still needs improvement

Really cute flat with comfy bed. Located very close to the tube BUT also sitting in a VERY noisy part of town (facing a busy fire hall). This turned out to be a major problem during the early July heat wave. The experience would have been greatly improved with only a few things: An electric fan (requested but never delivered). A third table chair (we were two adults and an 11 yrs old child). We arrived on Saturday but had to wait until monday morning to get a chair. Ice cube trays A functional frying pan (the pan provided was not made for the induction stove top and did not work) A pod each of dishwashing and laundry soap. I would have gladly traded the welcome cocktails for these!!

Great location and amenities

Great location in London and very safe building. Apartment was in new condition. The only issue was we paid for a 3rd person on the sofa bed but there were no curtains in the lounge therefore that person was awake at 4am when the sunrise. Also there was no heating control in the apartment even though there seemed to be some kind of heat pad. The apartment would sometimes be at 27 degrees, if needs some sort of temperature control. Other than that, great stay!

Great stay London

Our stay was amazing our plane arrival was late due too air traffic delays and customs was a nightmare. Our hostess was great in making sure we were able to get into our hotel after arriving hours late. The room was very clean and the bed was great, the location was close to many shops and quiet at night, will stay here again when back in London.

Large apartment with everything from home

We stayed for six days and did not want a small hotel room. We were extremely happy with our large one bedroom apartment with well-equipped full kitchen, separate bathroom, large living space and european laundry. The bed was comfortable with linens premium linens. From the moment we booked, the staff were helpful with directions, and making arrangements for check in (since there is no reception). The location is less than 100m from Aldgate East station making it easy to get to all the action (Westminster, Piccadilly, Leicester Square) or to Kings Cross for the Eurostar. The best thing is the small guide to the local area to help you find gyms, bars, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely make this my London base on my next trip.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed in Cuckooz Aldgate East for 3 nights on a business trip. The apartment was comfortable and spotless, with a big kitchen, sitting room and bedroom, and I loved the interior design. The nearest tube stop is less than a minutes walk away. Great value for money

Good Eastend location in new small hotel.

Nice, convenient, new and clean! We enjoyed our stay and found it to be close to the Underground and the places we wanted to see. The staff were responsive by email and phone to all questions.

Apartment was perfect for our 8 day stay. So close to tube/metro/underground. It had apple TV/LED and ipad to help with in-house resources, explaining how to operate stuff and things to look around in London.

The apartment was comfortable and management were friendly and helpful. Apartment wasn't incredibly clean. All the dishes were dirty, but it only took us a bit of time to wash everything up. More hooks/storage in the toilets would be useful. While we couldn't find much within the immediate area to do, the tube was very close. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would use the apartments again.

Excellent apartment managed by Cuckooz, Charlie and the team, 超讃，超推薦. The apartment is prefect in whatever measurements like location, cleanliness, amenities and mattress. I am sure the journey in London would not be prefect without the 5 stars apartment like this one.

Perfectas vacaciones

El apartamento cubrió con todas nuestras expectativas, es práctico, funcional, tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda y además decorado con buen gusto. Las camas muy cómodas y confortables. Tiene muy buena comunicación ya que tiene dos estaciones de metro a menos de 100 metros y nos fue muy fácil llegar a todos sitios; además cerca hay buenos lugares donde desayunar y comer con muy buena relación calidad precio. Respecto al personal que nos recibió, aunque no hablaba nada de nuestro idioma, le puso bastante interés y conseguimos entendernos bien. Con la agencia reservamos habitación con dos camas individuales y nos asignaron una con cama doble, no obstante nos ofrecieron cama supletoria de cortesía para solucionar este contratiempo. También tuvimos una confusión con el check our y Julietta lo solucionó sin problemas y con mucha amabilidad. Si volvemos a Londres (que volveremos) seguro reservamos de nuevo con ellos.

Un super séjour à Londres!

Nous avons séjourné quelques jour à Londres en août 2017 dans un appartement Cuckooz à Whitechapel. Londres est magnifique et nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi un appartement de deux chambres pour nous loger. L'appartement était très bien situé. Il était spacieux et décoré avec goût. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Juliette. Un commentaire constructif: peut-être ajouter quelques trucs dans la cuisine comme une passoire pour les pâtes, une tasse graduée... Pour le reste, lorsque nous allons retourner à Londres (c'est sûr que nous allons y retourner), il est certain que nous séjournerons dans un appartement Cuckooz.

We didn't want to leave, even though we had too.

If you're looking for something a little different from a standard hotel and/or you want way more space than you typically find; look no further. We chose the 2 bed, 2 bath since there were four of us traveling together and we knew we'd need some extra room. Cuckooz did not disappoint! The bedrooms are typical European efficiency; enough room for you and your stuff without wasting unnecessary space. Where they really scored is the downstairs living room/dining area - plenty of room to stretch out without getting in each other's ways. The small kitchen is perfect; complete with a fridge, stove and dishwasher (an ample amount of dishware, glassware and flatware - gold colored! - are provided. Paper towels and dish soap was not). The surrounding area is a good representation of what London has to offer; diverse, hustley-bustely, plenty of restaurants and short walking distance to tube stations and bus stops. If you are looking for a great meal, be sure to check out the Leman Street Tavern and the pizza place next to it - great food and great service. And speaking of service - Cuckooz' service is incomparable. Super-friendly staff, very attentive and quick to fix the minor issue we had with a broken curtain rod. Juliette in particular is a superstar - she kept in contact prior to our arrival and was extremely helpful in arranging travel to and from LHR as well as providing recommendations for local travel once we arrived. Do yourself a favor; stay here when you visit.

Fin og rummelig lejlighed med god beliggenhed. God modtagelse og fin problemfri service. Lidt gulvvask kunne ikke skade - eller bare en kost kunne gøre lidt ekstra i løbet af en uge. Anbefalelsesværdigt. Vil benytte det igen!

值得推薦的公寓

公寓整體是好的，房間整潔，空間充足，分上下兩層，樓上是起居室、廚房及大露台，樓下是兩間睡房，都是套房。廚房設備一應俱全，只是廚具比較西化，沒有筷子和小碗，洗碗碟機沒有配給清潔粉。交通方便，很近地下铁路入口，附近亦有很多小店、超市、咖啡店、餐廳⋯⋯。辦事處就在樓下地下，職員都很友善幫忙。

Nice apartment in central location

The apartment is very nice, clean and including what you need as a good basis for a London city stay. We found the apartment offering good service – dish washer, washing machine, iron, efficient WIFI etc. etc. Located 20 min walking distance to Tower of London, 30 min to St Pauls Cathedral and just 3 min. to Aldgate East Underground station you can easily access the UK capital from the apartment. The apartment holds one inconvenience as it does not offer any kind of air-condition. The apartment is located on heavily trafficked Commercial Road with the local fire station as direct neighbour opposite. This is no problem if you keep the windows closed but that left us with though quiet but extremely hot nights. The neighbourhood calls for air-condition.

Skøn lejlighed - tæt på alting

Alt var stort set i orden, dog må man sige at den ekstra opredning på sovesofa, var lidt af en oplevelse (Dollerup Bakker). De sagde at der ville komme en ny kaffebrygger, den dukkede dog ikke op, mens vi var der. Klarede os også uden.
