이 숙소를 알아볼때 네이버에서 인종차별 이야기를 보았지만 일단 숙소가 괜찮아 보여서 신경쓰지 않고 예약을 했다. 근데 도착한 첫날 밤 11시쯤 도착했는데 프론트 젊은 남자직원은 영어 좀 못알아 듣는다고 예스 노!! 이러면서 다그치면서 소리를 지르는데 정말 황당했다. 그 다음날 숙소 천장에서 물이 세고 세면대 물이 빠지지 않아 아침에 여자직원분과 다시 이야기를 하는데 역시나 똑같은 태도... 호텔에서 이런 태도인 곳은 정말 태어나서 처음이였다. 숙소의 청결상태는 먼지 뭉텅이가 돌아 다닐정도로 정말 최악 화장실도 최악 모든게 최악이였다.

바로 앞에 하이드 파크라 산책하기 좋고 지하철역이랑 버스정류장도 다 가까워요. 다만 런던 동쪽편 관광지들로 이동하기엔 조금 불편할 수 있어요.

런던에 묵은 힐튼 중에서 직원들이 가장 친절했던 곳으로 기억합니다. 근처에 지하철역이 두개이고 버스도 많아 편리합니다.

런던에서 저렴하게 조식도 포함으로 숙박할 수 있어서 좋았지만, 좋은 기억은 아니었습니다. 엘레베이터는 두 개 있는데, 숙박기간 내내 한 개가 고장이어서 오래걸리고 꽉 차있기 다반사였습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 방음인데, 밤부터 아침 내내 복도가 시끄러워서 이상했는데 알고보니 맞은편 방 소리더라구요... 이 정도로 방음이 안되는 호텔은 처음이었습니다.

Was looking for a property outside congestion zone with parking and close to public transportation. 2 tube stations within 10 minutes. Bus and hop on and off right outside door. Decent restaurants nearby. Lovely outside patio to enjoy a drink or have breakfast. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5 star but almost a 4.

This property was nice but I will say that the room I stayed in with my partner was very small for the week. The bathroom was also very small and compact. The shower door has no sliding door to close, so water can spill onto the bathroom floor and if you’re tall, this shower is not the best for tall people. Other than that it is convenient and located to all transport.

Good stay!
Great location and restaurants within walking distance. Room was not ready at normal checkin time. Hotel restaurant was okay but very limited. I had no issues with my reservation or requests. I definitely would stay here again.

Nice little hotel, the staff was really nice. Breakfast ok for the price. The rooms are really clean, but oh so small. I am happy I love my husband and we don't mind having a small room. Close to underground, loads of buses right outside, walking distance to Notthing Hill and loads of nice places there.
