Adorable, clean room with London charm! Staff were so nice and able to store our luggage before our room was ready and after check out. Breakfast buffet in the morning is a must. Super convenient location, 3 min walk from earl's court station, m&s, and other food spots around. Would definitely stay here again!

Door wouldn’t lock anyone could walk into my room - had to wait to get sorted then had to change rooms. Room was clean enough. However shower was extremely small and unless you stand completely under no room. Location was convenient. Aircon was very noisy and lots of noises through the night within the walls.

Lovely room, all staff very friendly and helpful! Fabulous location and great amenities. Only issues were the in room heating/AC (hard to use, heating was on blast even when cooling setting was on and temp set to low so room was always really warm), the door lock was very slow to unlock, and the person who checked me in (whilst very lovely and professional) announced my room number - as a solo female traveller it didn’t feel very safe to do so. Overall a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was a lovely surprise. Centrally located and close to tube stations, we found it a perfect base for our London adventure. The room, though small, was well appointed and very well maintained. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The dinners were also good quality and well priced.
