Apart from a shower that couldn’t be used as it was scalding whichever way the control was turned and tv remote that didn’t work or the mattress that was so thin you could feel every spring in it; it was great!

This was the worst hotel, if you can call it that, by far. There was no lift and very steep stairs to carry luggage. The room was very filthy from the carpet to the walls, there was no working tv, the beds were very uncomfortable just sitting on them. Really disappointed and disgusted. False advertisement as the room looks nothing like the picture on the advertisement. Mom and I stayed for less than 5 minutes and had to book a hotel nearby right away. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

O.K. Stay. Bit annoyed I had to wait 30 minutes for the room as not ready at checkin time (3pm). TV / TV remote didnt work. Bit basic but o.k. for 1 night.

Colchones malísimos, baño compartido y pésimo, mucho ruido, muebles viejos, sin televisión. Tuvimos que estar casi un día entero andando a todas partes porque no nos las quisieron guardar (pagando si). Yo no vuelvo.

To be honest, you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest hotel in this area, the are is incredible, so overall good value for money. You get a bed, a toilet, and a towel, do not expect more and you’ll be fine.

大英博物館の近くにあり便はよいのだが、客室の窓枠がズレてしっかりとロックがなされないため、室内に隙間風と外の音が漏れ響いてくる。隙間風が入るため、夏場はよいが冬の利用には適さないと思う。コップまたはカップが備えて無いのでマウスケアの際に不便。

This hotel is within walking distance of King's Cross Station (although not perfect if you have a heavy suitcase). There are places nearby for food including a McDonalds. There was a wash basin in the room but there looked to be broken glass or something between the edge of the wash basin and the wall which had not been cleared away. The receptionist was friendly.

Amazing location and the cheapest prices I could find by a large margin. The receptionist, Abhay gave an exceptional service and made some good reccomndations for things to do nearby

It’s a budget hotel. Don’t expect anything flashy here. It is a solid place and I will book here again. I travel for work and like to keep my expenditures low. The Gresham Annex was perfectly acceptable for the price.

En primer lugar, en la app, ponía con desayuno, mentira, en segundo lugar, nada que ver con las fotografías. Nos llevaron a un sótano lleno de humedades y muy sucio todo. Parecía un zulo, ni wifi, el baño muy lejos en otra estancia, todo el hotel con moqueta llenisima de pelos de animal y muy sucia. Soy española y al decirle al chico que no me aclaraba bien con el ingles como que se burlo un poco diciendo…Spanish….Le dije que ni queria dormir ahí ni podía porque era asmatica. Nos cambió de habitación arriba, no era un encanto de habitación pero bueno, bastante mejor, una almohada de 50cm para dormir muy dura y el colchon fatal. Muchisimos ruidos de escalera y tuberias. Lo único bueno es que muy cerquita se encontraba el museo británico. Tenía cogido esto que lo llaman “ hotel”, y un Airbnb, que creía que el “hotel”era mejor 👎. Muchisimo mejor el Airbnb

The hotel is in a very convenient location near Tottenham Court Road station with many shops. The room was quite hot in the night. Mattress could have been a bit comfier but there was sufficient space for a single bed as a budget hotel location. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.

Great location 24 hour check in service - but the room was actually scary to stay in and was like being in a time warp I can’t believe in central London they still even exist but for £60 for all three of us I don’t consider that I can expect anything less. Also the man on the reception was really lovely just a very strange experience!!

Although the hotel is at the cheaper end of the market, the whole experience was unpleasant. The staff are slovenly and unfriendly; the room was extremely basic. We booked for two nights but left an hour after check-in due to the conditions and booked ourselves in a better hotel at the same price.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I feel that others should be warned before paying an outrageous amount of money for a horrible place like this. I booked a double room with a private bathroom. My husband and I arrived very late, around 3 in the morning, and checked in. We were given room 52, which is in the Gresham Annex down the road. Room 52 is a basement, or an old storage space. I dont even know. When we opened the door, our space felt humid, reeked of cigarettes and pee. I looked up and saw a dirty sock had been placed over the smoke detector. Spiders and cobwebs in every corner of the walls. I walked through the kitchen and noticed weird chunks of drywall or something in the sink. Opened up the fridge to find a terrifying amount of black mold. The fridge was not even plugged in. I opened a set of doors in the kitchen that led to outside, only to find a pee covered alley...that explained the smell in the room. Next, I went to explore the bathroom. I couldn't find the bathroom. The bathroom was not even in our space that we booked. It was a shared bathroom. And it was not any cleaner. Last but not least, the bed. The sheets were definitely not clean. Weird specs of dirt and hair everywhere. It was so late at this point that we just needed to sleep. We addressed the issue with the receptionist the next morning, and were told that the hotel was fully booked. This is not an excuse. I would not ever stay here again under any circumstances.

Screws shoved in door hinges. Unable to lock our room.
