The air conditioner works perfectly, great place to stay under the heat waves in the UK. Room is clean and comfy beds. TV in the lobby provides live sports entertainment (premier league and F1).

Great hotel - rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. Reception staff when checking in were great. Area is a little rough.

Staffs are excellently friendly and professional. Especially the lady in breakfast reception is very friendly and her greetings every morning made me smile. Cleaning is very good and security in facility was good enough as well. The location was not ideal but access DLR was very convenient to get to Excel London since i went for business. I will definaly stay again if i need to go to central london.

This is a great hotel with good food

This was an amazing stay for us a family of my dad and my daughter. This gets a 10 out of a 10. Staff was very friendly, helpfull and fantastic. The room was great and clean and the food/breakfast was very cosy and good. Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back another time.
