Rubbish you come out with and a liar, you were caught with an extra person in the room, 1 more than you paid for. Were dirty in the room and had a very miserable face as a consequence of the discovery, your husband was at least polite. Your review is unacceptable as you were wrong about everything!

Thank you for the positive feedback and very pleased you enjoyed your stay. The problem with certain reviews is that usually by guests we have had to reprimand/fine for inappropriate behavior/damage and basic in consideration of other guests staying in the hotel

Surprised at this nonsense review. The only relevance is that we need to put up our prices it seems for more selective guests!

Will correct your review for you. The room was fine and clean, windows fine -London Saturday night will be noisy. Sorry about the kettle more to do with guests' abuse of it as all kettles are cleaned every two weeks regardless of condition. Guests do decide to boil coffee or tea bags directly in kettles no matter what we tell them - cannot overcome ignorance or selfishness, unfortunately. All you had to do was mention and you would have been given a replacement immediately - we get 3-4 kettles/ hairdryers broken or stolen every month by guests! so keep spares at reception.

Nonsense and totally wrong! You were very messy the staff complained about how you left the room!

You are lying or delusional about most of this. There was a hairdryer in the room drawer, you never looked. You claim a can of beer was missing, he said to speak to reception in the morning, but you never did, just left the key at the reception desk and walked out. Possibly you drank too much beer and lost count! Spoken to the staff and they said never touched the beer you had, all we can do is all staff bags are checked at the end of their shift.

Thank you, pleased you enjoyed your stay and breakfast. Sorry was an older room with, an older bathroom, which will be renovated in mid-May. Working on towels , like many hotels we have a problem with our laundry company always leaving us short on delivery - all laundry companies are the same at the moment unfortunately
