Amazing location, right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Spacious rooms, really clean. Supportive staff. The WiFi speeds could do with an upgrade, current speeds are limited to only 20mbps and the gym area could also do with some extra machines for working different body parts.

The rooms were spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. It is in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars. Very convenient location.

Room we should have had that I booked last year had been given to someone else so we ended up being put in the Hyatt regency but we did originally book a park view and larger room which this one wasn’t but had to pay same amount. Very clean and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, great location and friendly staff. Hotel is located within Westfields shopping centre and so very convenient for shopping and just a short train ride away and you’re in London! Rooms have kitchenettes and inter locking rooms which was great for our stay. We will stay again.
