Travel agents beware while booking this apartment, the owner owns 3 apartments there. After you book; the owner will take the extensions directly at lower prices. You will loose the client and all business after first booking

Quaint Clean Modern Apartment in Ilford

We stayed at Ilford Tower Apartments because we had business in nearby Romford. The well equipped apartment was very clean(Olga and her team saw to that) and comfortable. Transportation was extremely convenient with the buses to most parts of London and Greater London only a few steps away. Train station is about 5 minutes walk. There are quite a few convenience shops in the neighborhood. However proximity to the Ilford Police station meant more sirens than is ordinary. Though the reception is not in the building, check in was adequately done by email instructions. Overall, we have had a wonderful stay in this quiet, clean and comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Ilford. Excellent value for money.

Very dirty and smells bad the beds were dirty had dust and heir on the beds... carpits where dirty too. Not worth it at all.

Got bitten by bed bugs but not only myself so did the rest of our group staying there we could see them crawling across the bed when I felt something on me

Very poor customer service

The apartment was not cleaned properly, there were crumbs on plates in cupboards, There were other guests who were running around for hours making lots of noise. When I called the number to get some help was told that i should go down to security and that if they carried on I should call the police. Very unhelpful, i told them they should call the security team in the building and get them to sort it out. Not worth the money paid at all, we had barely any sleep because of the others guests.

could be better

Clean and tidy, tv not really in suitable condition especially when laying in bed. Would of been different if tv was on extendable bracket. At approx 3.15am fire alarm went off no member of staff was anywhere to be seen. Someone who was staying at the hotel then entered a code to turn the fire alarm off and couldn’t speak English properly which made me worry when he said tried to explain it happens all the time at this time in the morning.

great stay

Very good location. Great at checkin as I arrived late, I received an email with all the details and where I couldn’t collect my room key safely. Good sized rooms with all the amenities you need to cook etc Nice and modern. Only down side was the internet was very slow

Some what uncomfortable for the price.

Lift not working. Had to take suit cases to 4th floor via stairs. Had to wait in rain for the building keeper to come and open building door for check in after I called. 1 set of door keys not suitable for family stay. No space to park and off load luggage. The sofa bed had terrible foam quality for 3rd adult weight but may be suitable for small child. Some noise of traffic. Staff friendly and helpful.
