The staff made it extremely easy to check in and understood we were from America and never visted London before. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Never once was I afraid walking back to the hotel at night.

One of the nicest Hotels and one of the best parts of London we've ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again. The Hotel and rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. The staff were great. The front desk associates were very helpful with managing my early arrival and securing a safe cab ride when I had an early morning flight. The cafe inside the hotel is great — brilliant match lattes and great service.

The location is great, a few blocks from the Thames River and a short walk to the Tate Modern Museum. Centrally located near St Paul‘s Underground Station. A bonus was that the Hop On and Toot tour bus stops were right across the street.

Great location to catch the tour bus and walk to many places of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant for breakfast each day. The rooms are very small with just room enough to walk around the bed but very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. It had a cute coffee shop attached. The only issue I had was how small the room was. I booked a queen room and luckily was there by myself. I would have been uncomfortable if I had to share this room due to the size.
