Very good place for a family to stay except fix windows close to avoid traffic noise and Wi-Fi connection (better you have a backup internet connection) in case sometime without Wi-Fi connection.

Nobody there on arrival to check us in. If check in is 2.30-5.30 then somebody should be there to meet you. No instructions to telephone to get someone to meet you. Flat very rundown. Location ideal for getting around.

Utter failure!!
Never accessed and stayed at flats due to them not turning up to let us in despite numerous phone calls that went unanswered!!! We had pre arranged for 3pm by email, got there on time and and received message at 3.15 to say give them 15 min warning to which we responded we were already there. We then waited and received message saying they were now delayed in traffic!!! I sent back saying we were extremely unhappy and that we felt like it was a scam!! We left the property just before 4pm and sought other accommodation for the night!!! Paid money for nothing!!! We tried all the buzzers at the property and phoned all 3 contact numbers with no reply!!!

No one showed up at checkin time. We were stuck out on the noisy street in front of a dirty beat up door. There was no sign. Only a cafe waiter next door verified this was indeed the hotel. Waited 1/2 hour more but no service and no number to call for help. Gave up and had to drag bags off tto find another hotel. I wantt my money back.

This place is NOT in a hotel type facility. It is NOT located at - or even near Marble Arch. Upon arriving at the address we found a door in the middle of a block with the street number above it. The door was locked. There were three - NON-FUNCTIONING door bells, NO sign or any other indication of how to get in. When we returned to central London and got access to our email we found a message sent at 10am that morning telling us that we must call a number to get someone to come over and let us in. As we checked out of our previous hotel at 8 am that morning, we had NOT received the message. We called and were told to travel out to another side of London (Kensington) to get the key. We took it back to the 'Flat' and found it did not fit the front door. :-( As it had already taken us over 3 hours to try to get in, we informed the hotel in Kensington that we were returning and expected to be given a room there. When we arrived back at the hotel, after 4 hours of traveling around London we were given a room there. :-) HOWEVER, it had taken half a day of our London stay and been a totally bad experience! NOTE: There was NO indication on the Expedia site that this was a single unit with NO staff. We were NOT told that is was some sort of an air B+B arrangement. (we booked it on the Expedia Hotel website) and THERE was NO indication of these things - nor even a local phone number on the Expedia site. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED with Expedia for this situation.

Flat at back of property on the ground floor with resturants at front on a busy main road you did not hear Windows where sky lights and difficult to open How to get there using public transport a number 16 bus from Victoria station going to Cricklewood goes down Edgeware Road get off either just before the esso garage or after this is after Edgeware Road tube station Buss stop just oustside going towards marble arch and beyond or in the other dircection Oyster xard required but there is a shop close by to ger one

THE HANDOVER OF KEYS WAS PROMPT AND THE PERSON POLITE. IF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY AND IT'S LOCATION HAD BEEN ACCURATE I WOULD HAVE MADE AN INFORMED CHOICE NOT TO STAY THERE. I BOOKED SOMEWHERE ELSE AT IMMENSE COST TO MYSELF THOUGH THERE WAS NO REFUND AVAILABLE. THE PROPERTY IS BASIC AT BEST AND IF IT MEETS SAFETY STANDARDS, WHICH I DOUBT, NEEDS TO BE MARKETED AT A BELOW BUDGET AUDIENCE WITH AN HONEST DESCRIPTION OF IT. THE LOCATION HAS GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS.

The flat was booked for 3 adults but there were only 2 beds. The sofa bed was just a 2 seater that wasn’t a sofa bed. So the 3rd adult ended up sleeping on the floor!!!

Where to start!! the place is a health and safety hazhard broken floor tiles, shower floods, bed is like sleeping on the floor and the sofa is too small to sleep on not to mention rock hard.theres no ventilation and if it rains the noise on the roof is horrendous. NOTHING LIKE WAS ADVERTISED

Basic apartment in convenient location.
Place was basic with an uncomfortable sofa bed a broken sofa with nails sticking out but the bedroom was ok and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was ok but very few utensils. Shower was good plenty of hot water. Very warm in apartment unable to regulate the heaters. Internet worked intermittently. Since we spent a little time there, out exploring London the place was ok. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in little Beirut.

Terrible experience: 1) Trekking from one end of London to get a key and it not being there. 2) No power in the flat on arrival for 3 hours, not great when you have a family with small children and arrive in the evening. 3)Constant beeping sound from power box in the main corridor, I presume due to the fault. 4) Sofa bed that was not suitable for sleeping on- hence family of four in 1 double bed. 5) Nice odour of fat coming from the take way below. Glad we were only staying for 1 night!

Central location but not great service
This flat is suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children. Actually on the far end of Edgware Road to Marble Arch. Close to 2 tube stations and lots of restaurants. No routine/daily room service but it clearly says that when bookings, supposed to be on demand Check in Process complicated especially if after 18:00. managed by Cromwell hotel but not very responsive even after calling for extra pillows.

Les photos sont mélangées. On ne sait pas lesquelles correspondent à la location choisie. L'ensemble est vétuste voire délabré et sale. On peut dire qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtres ( 2 minuscules ouvertures ) .La literie est correcte et l'emplacement est bien pour visiter Londres. Pas de difficulté pour récupérer les clefs et communiquer avec le propriétaire. Expedia devrait vérifier les logements proposés.

Desaconsejo fuertemente hospedarse en este apartamento debido a su extrema suciedad. Está claro que no se ha limpiado adecuadamente durante mucho tiempo, y su estado actual va más allá de lo simplemente descuidado. Lo calificaría como inhabitable. A pesar de haber reservado tres noches, solo soportamos quedarnos una, debido a que llegamos tarde y no pudimos buscar otro lugar a tiempo. Las condiciones insalubres nos hicieron marcharnos a la mañana siguiente sin siquiera ducharnos o desayunar en el apartamento.

DON’T DO IT!!!
Hotellet havde ingen varme og intet varmt vand da vi kom; vi fik ikke besked om at man selv skulle tænde for det. Der var nærmest ingen vinduer, så man følte man var låst inde i en kasse. Gulvet på toilettet blev oversvømmet, når man gik i bad (hvis vandet gad blive varmt). Der var ingen toiletpapir, det skulle man selv ud og købe. Også vand, selvom der står at der er flasker til rådighed; det var der ikke. Bestikket og det andet service var beskidt og der lå meget støv forskellige steder, f.eks. Oven på emhetten. Lejlighedens tilstand var faldefærdig, og der var flere steder hvor der var sat brædder op for at skjule det, men de blev ved med at falde ned. Det var IKKE et sted vi havde lyst til at komme hjem til efter en lang dag i London.

La atención antes de la reserva es penosa, porque no te contestan a los email que le envías. El piso estaba super sucio, el agua se salía de la ducha, el olor de las tuberías era inaguantable, etc. No nos dieron ni papel higiénico.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsreichen Straße. Ein KKH ist nicht weit weg. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung ist auf jedenfall in die Jahre gekommen, was im Prinzip nicht schlimm ist, allerdings, wenn sich die Fenster nicht schließen lassen und man die Heizung nicht ausmachen kann, weil wenn es regnet im Schlafzimmer es durch regnen kann, ist es nicht gut. Am katastrophalsten war der Reinigungszustand. Der Abfluss vom Bad wurde glaube ich das letzte Jahr nicht gereinigt, es gab die verschiedensten Haarfarben und Längen und der Abfluss ließ sich erst auch gar nicht bewegen, da das Wasser aber sehr sehr schlecht abfloss, habe ich dann doch nachgeschaut.. das hätte ich lieber lassen sollen. Das Geschirr war ebenfalls schmutzig und über den Fußboden brauchen wir auch nicht sprechen. Für den Preis leider dann zu teuer. Positiv waren die Betten und die freundliche Nachbarschaft. Wiederkommen würden wir aber nicht nocheinmal.

La réservation était pour 3, arrivé sur place il n'y a qu'un lit double et un petit canapé non convertible. Toute la chambre n'était prévu que pour 2 (lit, assiette, couverts...). La chambre était sale et délabrée, le coin cuisine d'une saleté inadmissible. Pour avoir de l'eau chaude il fallait allumer le chauffage, en pleine canicule je vous laisse imaginer. Pour finir le quartier est excessivement bruyant ce qui ajouté au couchage médiocre rend le sommeil difficile à trouver.

Telefonisch war keiner zu erreichen um unsere Schlüsselübergabe zu organisieren, gleiches Problem bei der Abreise. Kein W-Lan. Das Badezimmer hatte schimmelige Fugen, die Dusche war nicht sauber, eine Toilettenbürste ist nicht vorhanden, der Spiegel war kaputt, die einzige Ablagefläche war der Toilettenkasten. Die Küche war dreckig und das meiste kaputt. Die Schwämme waren alt und haben gestunken. Der Abzug war defekt genau wie die Waschmaschine, das Eisfach war bis auf einen kleinen spalt eingefroren. Die Temperatur der Heizungen konnte man nicht verstellen ( sie waren trotz milder Temperaturen auf volle Leistung gestellt. ) Das öffnen der Fenster ist auch keine gute Lösung da die ganze Nacht Notarztwagen an der Wohnung vorbei donnern. Die Vorhänge waren zerrissen und teilweise schimmelig. Der Kompressor direkt neben dem Bett ist die ganze Nacht laut und brummt. Unter dem Bett hingen Fetzten hervor. Der Schrank war defekt und in ihm lagen noch Sachen (evtl vom Vorgänger?) Die Wohnung ist nur über einen sehr altes, dreckiges und baufälliges Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Die Sicherungskästen stehen offen, Teppich Treppe und Geländer lösen sich in ihre Bestandteile auf. Das ist nur ein grober Umriss der Mängel. Mit dem unsauberen Boden und dem unfreundlichen Empfang beginnen wir erst garnicht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Das positive war die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Man bekommt, was man für diesen Preis in London erwartet. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit kann man zu jedem Ort in London kommen. Weiterhin gibt es in der Nähe eine ausreichende Anzahl an Supermärkten, so dass man den täglichen Bedarf decken kann.

Gammel lejlighed.. Mega lydt, kunne høre hvert et skridt dem i lejligheden ovenpå tog. Larm i soveværelset fra div ventilations ting ude på taget. Vandet i bruseren kunne dårligt løbe ud. Ingen udstyr i køkkenet. Skar brød med en urtekniv osv. Brand alarmen gik den ene nat, og vi brugte 1 1/2 time på gaden, før den var slukket igen (falsk alarm). Ingen god oplevelse.

Comunicazione se non fosse per la ragazza Italiana molto cortese e disponibile mi sarei trovato parecchio in difficoltà. Appena arrivati il frigo era guasto la doccia era intasata e mancava un paio di lenzuola....dopo parecchie comunicazioni vengono a vedere perchè questo frigo non funziona..... in sintesi è da buttare. Passano i giorni e mi sparisce 1 di 4 asciugamani . Chiamo e chiedo spiegazioni, (per di più non ho piacere che entrino in casa senza avvertire in mia assenza). il penultimo giorno portano un nuovo frigo e 6 asciugamani quando a me serviva solo quello che avevano portato via. Nota negativa le canne fumarie/ aspiratori del ristorante sottostante. Note Positive comodo da raggiungere sia in metro (Marrone) che in bus ci sono molti negozi nei pressi tra cui Tesco nella contrada adiacente.
