This is my second time staying at Mitre house. It's clean, quiet, close to everything. The staff manning the front desk and the breakfast staff where al fantastic.

Really nice family run hotel. Great front desk support. Breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast is substantial. It's an amazing location at a great price, but the rooms are very dated and very small. We could barely get our luggage in the room in a way we could still walk to the bathroom! It's good there is a lounge and bar area if you need to spread out. Having a substantial lift is helpful.
