"Stay here mainly for the convenience to the airport. Hotel is very comfortable. Limited food options, but enough. There is a buffet restaurant, an upscale restaurant and the bar. We ate in the bar. Service was good. Music was horribly soft, like it was piped in from the spa. Front desk was efficient, but not especially welcoming."

"So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available. We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful room could of been cleaner though and tea,coffee,sugar,milk there wasn't enough.. my partner is a wheel chair user but there was a couple of steps that lead to our room so he had to get out the wheelchair and I had to carry the wheelchair over the steps but part from that everything was great and staff went out there way to help"
