Property is in a great location with easy access to central London by train or e-bikes. Room was tidy and clean and 24/7 reception is really helpful

Stay was beyond my expectations for the price paid. Clean and cosy. No-frills, 3-star hotel doing exactly what it says on the tin. Surrounding area feels safe and upmarket and I loved my sunny morning walk down The Serpentine to work.

Chambre en sous-sol avec deux enfants, pas très sécurisant - chambre située sous la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner, d'où beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin. Pas de chauffage la 4e nuit. Nous avons demandé un chauffage d'appoint. Pour le petit déjeuner, une cafetière filtre pour 26 personnes, ça ne peut pas aller - attente très longue pour remplissage du buffet (oeufs brouillés et fruits)

The customer service was excellent; very friendly & helpful gentleman at the front desk. Breakfast was also excellent. Was not a fan of the basement room. It was clean, but the window opened to an area with a high wall which could not be climbed over in the event of a fire. Should also add that there was also a fire escape through several doors on the same floor. Didn't realize it would be a basement room.

Excellent location, very friendly and nice front desk staff. Room was pretty small but the price was right, bed was comfortable, hot water in the shower, quiet at night.

Good hotel in Paddington
It is a good location near Paddington station with a number of good restaurants. I am very fond of La Meena. Check in was easy, the shower has good water pressure. The rooms are small but that is expected in a building of that age and location. But it is clean and there is reliable wifi, and it was quiet. There isn't a lift so you may end up climbing many flights of stairs. I am able to do that but not everyone can, so consider asking for a room on a lower floor if mobility is an issue. Otherwise a good place to stay if you are busy doing things.

Super find near Paddington Station.
Made to feel very welcome. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Moved to ground floor room as had heavy luggage - without asking. Beds very comfortable. Good shower.

Hotel limpo, quarto apesar de pequeno, para 2 pessoas foi o suficiente, ducha maravilhosa, o senhor da recepção mt agradável, lugar tranquilo, da para ir a pé na Oxford street. Só não há elevador pra quem não pode subir escada. Para nós não foi um problema. Eu e meu esposo gostamos de tudo, voltaríamos concerteza para este hotel.

Vi er veldig fornøyde med dette hotellet i Paddington. Det var nyoppusset, flott beliggenhet (særlig hvis du reiser til og fra Heathrow, da Heathrow Express går fra Paddington station),hyggelig personale og god frokost. På minus siden er rommene svært små, og det kunne med fordel og lite arbeid vært et stort speil inne i rommet (og ikke bare på badet) og en stol til å sitte på.

Amazing find. Not expensive for location. Staff welcoming and smiley at checkin. Room clean and compact and modern. Breakfast more than adequate with freshly prepared fruit too. Would definitely use again. And… windows that actually open to have a choice of fresh aid!

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind klein aber für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es war sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder.

Great location for Kensington. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Room small but well ventilated and good aircon and we were just sleeping there! Comfy beds and good shower. Plenty of tea and coffee. Would definately recommend. Also great value, especially for that location. Thank you

Lovely staff! Good location!! As a solo traveller, i found the hotel perfect as it was close to Lancaster gate tube station. The hotel is within walking distance to many good cafes. Its also walking distance from hyde park.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu Fuß von Paddington Station und Lancaster Gate zu erreichen. Kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück super. Man hatte uns im Vorfeld darüber informiert, dass das 4-Bettzimmer im Souterrain ist, hatte aber ein Fenster. Der Ausblick war entsprechend, aber wer will in London schon im Zimmer sitzen und rausgucken. Wir hatten zwei Französiche Betten mit einer großen Decke, die mir viel zu dick war. Der rest der Familie fand es ok. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen oder noch mal buchen.
