Room was exactly what I needed for one night on a business stay. It was clean, plenty of supplies with tea, coffee and mineral water too. Check in and out process was fine and was only a few minutes walk to Paddington station.

Great economic stay. Rooms are okay. Room heater did not worked but was warm enough when slept. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay at cheapest rate in the central area with train station in 3mins walk.

The room was very clean. I was comfortable for the 12 nights I stayed there. Very close to Paddington Station. I felt safe. The towels are very small, the pillows were really big and uncomfortable to sleep on. The window didn’t close easily, but I managed to get it closed by standing on the chair. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The lobby was in a state with all manner of bags and personal effects which made a really bad impression at first. The room was small but clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. Bathroom modern and tiny, but adequate.

Room was tiny and tired-looking. Mechanical unit (heat?) was grinding and whistling on-and-off all night. Mattress was too soft but pillow was perfect. Also on the plus side, the room was very clean and the location only a short walk from Paddlington station.

It is a very well located hotel, the whole staff was super nice, sometimes they arrange our bed very nicely with my blanket and my teddy bears, the buffet food was super complete, everything was amazing!
