We had a great stay at the Park Plaza Victoria. Super close to Victoria Station and room was ready when we arrived at 11:00 am. The staff were super helpful throughout and the hotel was quiet and had everything we needed. Our room was clean and buffet breakfast was perfect. Our only complaint was the air conditioning did not work great.

Stayed here for just one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfy. They didn’t get to experience much of the hotel due to their short stay, but overall, everything they needed was there and they enjoyed their stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, the hotel is nice and the staff is incredible. The hotel is down the street from restaurants and grocery stores. Also down the street from Victoria station and pickup locations for all tour buses. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a great location, the staff were great and we enjoyed our room. They looked like they were doing some renovations, but when we stayed, our room, particularly the bathroom, had a door that wouldn’t latch, and the shower would overfill and spill to the rest of the bathroom floor because there was not shower threshold and the floor did not have the correct tilt to cause natural drain.

The property is a short distance to Victoria Station. Plenty of restaurants near by. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace.we went with our 11 year old granddaughter and had no problems getting around.
