London Shoreditch Flat

Location was great. Apartment size was also great. The beds were a bit too hard and the pillows could use a replacmentas they were too lumpy. Other than that, all else was good. Place was well worth staying at. We were a family of 4.

The customer service is terrible, very rude and abrupt. We had a rat run through the apartment living room into the kitchen and they refused to do anything about it. Claiming it was prob just a.mouse...firstly it was defo a rat, and secondly sonwhat if it was a mouse, still an issue?

My had a wonderful stay

This place was a great pick for our trip, it's in a convenient location, easy access to public transportation, restaurants and suoermakets. I especially appreciated the frequent communications over skype to get our questions asnwered before and after our arrival, host had been friendly and fantastic! The flat also has washer and dry rack! That's honestly what we needed desperately after a week traveling between places! Highly recommended!

Positiv: Gute Größe für 8 Personen mit 4 Doppelbetten und 2 Schlafsofas. U Bahnstation fussläufig zu erreichen Negativ: Schlüssel für Unterkunft muss im Büro der Agentur abgeholt werden was beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich war. Besonders mit Reisegepäck nicht sehr angenehm und beschwerlich erst vom Flughafen zur Agentur und dann noch eine längere Strecke zur Unterkunft zu bewältigen

Séjour globalement satisfaisant, notamment grâce à un bon accueil. Cependant, nous avons rencontré un problème de coupure d'eau du jeudi soir au vendredi après-midi, rendant l'utilisation des toilettes et l'accès à l'eau impossible. Ce type d'incident peut arriver, mais ce qui a été regrettable, c'est le manque d'information et de suivi de la part de l'établissement. Une meilleure communication avec les clients aurait été appréciée.

Wouldn't Stay Here Again

Check in was a challenge. There was NOT enough toilet paper or towels for 6 people for 3 days! The shower made a terrible mess. The bed was uncomfortable and only 1 fan worked. The deposit was high too!

Not as expected. Check in was a hassle.

The check in is very inconvenient. You have to go to the agency office that is not close to the apartment. When traveling with luggage it is a nightmare as you have to go to the office first and take another tube to go to the apartment. The furniture was basic and very different than what the pictures shown in the website.

The washer and dryer in our unit didn’t work. The tv was essentially a prop with no phone connect-ability, or smart box. The shower had no ventilation and would get extremely musty, also the floor would get soaked because there’s no shower curtain. Also beware to get toilet paper, they only supply 2 rolls.

Das Schlafsofa war lediglich für eine Person geeignet und die Doppelbetten waren eher für anderthalb Personen gedacht (Erw. Kind), da sie nur eine Breite von 1,20 m hatten. Wir möchten auch darauf hinweisen, dass das Badezimmer eine Grundreinigung benötigte, da wir Kalkablagerungen am Waschbecken bemerkten und bei unserer Ankunft Haare im Abfluss der Badewanne vorfanden. Property is not clean enough, had problems with heating and fixed next day. They tried to charge us extra £50 coz sent someone to fix the heating unless complained their poor response as the night shift agent wouldn't listen when rang him and hanged up before I finished talking. Sofa bed was terrible and couldn't use it as a bed.

The place is not what you see on the website. Lacks good customer service. The place is not clean. The kitchen was not clean and the dishwasher looked like someone threw up inside. they didn’t clean well before the next client, but they charged before you got into the apartment and ask more money than you expected. You have to go somewhere far away from the location more than 30 to 45 minutes to get the key then you have to come back to the location. This is the worst I have ever seen. The location was noisy, and I couldn’t sleep at night starting from 12 am to 4 am. The bathroom was not working well and when I tried to contact the property they asked me to fix the sink. They did not even reach out to me or fix the issues after I complained. I do not recommend this place.

Double beds with single bed duvet. Terrible pillows, flat lumpy and not clean. Not enough place settings to eat for advertised capacity of appartment. Fold out beds terribly uncomfortable. Hot water takes 5min to come through and lasts about 30seconds. When you pick up keys from half way across town you find out it is a different location to what you booked.

Location: improvable communication Flat about 10 min walk from Old Street station. 1st floor. Originally another adress was confirmed in the reservation. At least, this should clearly mentioned!!! Key to be picked up in different location. Design: good nice bricks walls in living rooms, acceptable bathrooms, nice bedrooms, Kitchen is clean and functional BUT, little daylight in the flat Equipment: good All relevant means (kitchen) available, Micro Wave, Oven, Dish washer, fridge, flat tv, but only british channels Space: good 2 separated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen Cleanliness: good BUT BE AWARE about MICE in the flat!!!! Although with physical and ultrasonic traps, which do not work. Mouse opened sandwich bag during our stay. NOT NICE for such catagory of flat !!! Surroundings: ok restaurants, pubs, supermarkets in 3 to 5 min walk Underground station in 10 min walk. Service: good very responsive and polite. Sent immediately someone on request.

BEWARE, bad location, host doesn't care, poor beds

I would not advise to stay here. We were visiting with family for a holiday and this ruined our experience of London. First of all, we thought property was located near Camden town station. It's not, it's about 15 min walk into a residential neighborhood near Old Street station, not very easy to get to with luggage. Flat is on ground floor directly next to street so can't even open the curtains to let in light. Bedrooms are in basement, even less pleasant. The bed was totally horrible, worse than the cheapest mattress it's possible to buy, backache material. No shower amenities, had to get our own. We called host for clothes dryer not working, they don't bother to respond. WORST HOST EVER !! STAY AWAY !
