Location was great. Near station, grocery store and pharmacy. Neighborhood felt safe. The apartment was modern and clean. Toilet roll holder was broken so toilet roll kept falling on the floor. Bathroom floor was always wet by the sink.

Great location for Paddington, circle line etc. Great space for a family - one double room, and one room with a double and single plus the lounge sofa bed. It is noisy at night and the curtains aren't big enough for the window so let a lot of light in - these need to be fixed. Otherwise exactly what we expected.

Apartment was dirty, check in time was agreed but when we arrived we had to wait for the cleaning to be finished. Fans provided didn’t work so it was like sleeping in an oven, we had young children with us so when I reported the fan only one was supplied when we needed 3. Floors were dirty, tv didn’t work and when reported still couldn’t be fixed. After check out spoke to the property and there was no attempt to apologise or correct the issue. Good location but avoid at all costs

Looked similar to the pictures, however the furniture could be changed as it looked tacky. We gave them half an hour notice but took longer to get here so i would contact them more in advance. Need to upgrade the shower as the small shower can only be used if your pressing the button which is very inconvenient. The only good thing about this place would be that it was right by the side of edgware road station so it was easy to commute to other places especially if your coming from king’s cross since it’s only 4 stops away. Finally, i would like to add that i called them about checkout and where to put the key as there were no instructions and he said ‘just leave it in the building man’ which was very unprofessional. Overall, i would not stay here again.

The apartment was very dirty. When I spoke to the woman I was told they could have someone come the next day to check the cleanliness, however we were checking out the next day. The water didn’t work in the shower or sinks. They knew about the problem prior to checking in and didn’t inform us. When a handyman came he fixed the shower only and told us that we would have to wait until the following day to fix the sinks, again after we would be checking out. We were told we didn’t need the sink and that we could just use the shower. The drawer in the bathroom was broken and stuck in the open position with an empty soap bottle thrown in the drawer. We did not stay the night. We requested a refund but we’re not given one. Also, we weren’t able to access the apartment until a stranger came and met us on the street corner to grant us access to the apartment. I would love to give zero stars if I could. Do not book this apartment.

El apartamento estaba muy, muy bien situado, con el metro a un minuto y varias paradas de Bus que te acercaban a lugares turisticos. Estaba limpio y contaba con los elementos necesarios para tener una buena estancia (Microondas, horno, nevera, cafetera, utensiolios de cocina...). Solo por eso es más que recomendable. Si hay que poner un pequeño "pero", es que igual no era muy silencioso. Cada vez que los vecinos abrían o cerraban su puerta parecía que abrían o cerraban la tuya, y a nosotros nos tocaron unos vecindo que entraban y salían varias veces durante la noche haciendo bastante ruido. Mala suerte. El edificio tiene ascensor, aunque no lo indicaba. Tienes un supermercado en frente, aunque un poco caro, que te puede salvar para una emergencia y otros supermercados más baratos cerca (ALDI). Muchos restaurantes y comercios en la zona. EL wifi funcionó perfectamente. Nosotros eramos cuatro y pasamos 5 días muy agradables.

Extremely disappointing stay. We travelled as a family of six, including two young children, and paid around £480 for two nights. The only real positive was the location. The cleanliness was awful. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, and the apartment generally felt dirty and unhygienic. The sofa bed was broken, with half of it constantly sliding away. One of our children actually fell from it and hit his head – a serious safety concern. Ventilation was extremely poor. Only 2–3 windows could be opened, and only slightly. With temperatures around 27–28°C outside, it became almost unbearable inside. The apartment is also next to a large commercial exhaust system, which was extremely noisy even with the windows shut. Most shockingly, we returned on our second day to find a stranger inside the apartment carrying out repairs. Nobody had informed us or asked permission for someone to enter while we were staying there. We eventually left a day early because of the conditions. The photos are completely misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the property. For £480, this was extremely poor value. I cannot recommend this apartment, especially to families with children.
