I was surprised how much I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. All credit to the staff from check in to the dining room to room service. Unlike many businesses, the Bailey clearly knows how to hire, train and retrain plenty of wonderful smiley helpful people. Thank you! Other notables, excellent sheets & towels, well designed bathrooms, lovely original stained glass windows overlooking huge Victorian staircase.

Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!

The hotel is clean, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located very close to the Glouster Street tube station, which makes is easy to get anywhere in London. We ate buffet style breakfast there every morning and it had considerable tasty options. Highly recommend it.

This is a good hotel, located next to the Gloucester tube station which makes it easy to get around central London. Many eateries just across the street. Kensington Park and museums only a 15 minute walk.
