Great location. Wouldn’t normally stay in this area but it worked perfectly for our plans. Although it’s very busy outside as soon as you go up the steps you are greeted warmly and inside was so calm and tranquil. The staff were excellent really friendly and engaging. What was great was despite how busy they must be they remembered you even when only staying for a night

Location very good, convenient. The hotel and services are good in general. The rooms are very small, so don’t book the basic rooms. The decoration is very modern , nice , but a little too colorful. The A/c works , the services in general were very good.

I was afraid that this location was a bit out of the way, but it proved to be pretty convenient, especially if you are coming from Paris by chunnel to St. Pancras/Kings Cross, which is just across the street. The views of St. Pancras are unbelievable from the restaurant and rooftop - but downside, the rooftop closes for the season in October. Staff was nice but was clearly overwhelmed the weekend I was there - NFL game in London. Rooms are small but good bathroom, hot water and shower pressure, and good (not Euro-style) hair dryer (no need to bring your own). Definitely a hip vibe if you are younger, you will enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights with a great location for the Metro and train station. The bed was very comfortable and we had space for our suitcases. The bathroom was very clean and having A/C when the weather was overly hot was a huge bonus. Would stay again.
