말도안되는 최악의호텔 호텔아닌 여인숙수준. 객실내 사이드태이블에 귀마개놓여있음(기찻길옆에서 노숙하는수준의 소음) 에어컨/전화기/슬리퍼 등등..아무것도 없음 입구자체가 없음 선술집같은 클럽의 캐쉬어가 리셉션겸하고있었음 이건 사기입니다 호텔이라는 명칭도 기준이있는거아닌가요

Hello Miyoung, We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have an enjoyable stay with us here. We are aware of some of the noise disturbances which can come with having so many easily accessible transport links right on our doorstep for seeing the sights of London. We provide complimentary earplugs to combat any noise encountered. Unfortunately we do not have air conditioning, although we do provide fans in every bedroom. We do provide other things which you haven't listed such as complimentary still/sparkling water, biscuits, sweets, chocolates, and bathroom essentials (shaving kits, shower caps, vanity kits, shower wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, hand wash etc.) We have four main entrances plus two side entrances for each side of the hotel rooms for guests. We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations this time, we hope you would like to consider us again for your next London visit. Kindest regards, Kiera Receptionist

위치와 가격이 좋음 잠자리와 방음은 별로
위치는 최고입니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 워털루 역이 있어 관광지 어딜가든 거의 갈아탈일 없이 한번에 갑니다. 빅벤이랑 런던아이도 가깝습니다. 단점이라면 기찻길 바로 옆이라(창문에서 점프하면 기찻길 닿기 가능) 굉장히 시끄럽고, 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 저같이 잠귀 밝으신 분들은 아마 몇시간 못잘겁니다. 펍 맥주파는곳 바로 옆이 리셉션이라 좀 찾기 힘듭니다 깔끔하긴 한데 저는 방에서 바퀴벌레를 봐서 청결은 별로라고 줬습니다. 그래도 런던 중심에 이 가격에 조식까지 포함 될만한 곳은 없다고 봅니다 전문 호텔이 아니다 보니 딱히 친절하진 않습니다 혼자 다니시고 런던에 1박만 하거나 자다가 누가 업어가도 모르시는 분들은 추천 드립니다. 저는 키가 185인데 침대 크기가 발목까지입니다

정말 굿이었어요! 특히 조식 짱 맛있음!!
일단 위치가 최고! 워털루역에서 내리면 진짜 뻥 안치고 바로 코 앞임. 그리고 무료 조식이 엄청 맛있음!! 처음엔 호텔이 바랑 같이 운영되고 있어서 리셉션 찾는게 힘들었지만 한번 해보고 나니 오히려 좋은 점도 많음! 아무튼 전반적으로 강추! 다음에 런던 가면 또 여기로 갈 겁니다!!

Good location.
Located right in front of the Waterloo station and walk distance from the national theater. Even 5~10 minute walk from the London eye. Bit noisy because of the traffic. No elevator. Proper breakfast. My stay was fall season, so I could not check if there was AC in the room but I found a fan in the room.There is bar at 1st floor. So if you are checking in the night time, it can be quite noisy.

Great Great!
I would say the best hotel in London in terms of price and general service quality. One thing I cannot count 100% satisfaction is that there is no elevator. But it's quite OK comparing other pack of no-elevator hotels in London. It's great hotel, indeed. Try and enjoy 'full English breakfast.'

Lovely room as always with free beers and soft drinks in the fridge. The hotel area of the pub (stairs and carpet) are in dire need of a refurb but overall it’s a great place to stay with a good breakfast. My work here in London is coming to an end and I’ll really miss this place 😢

Café da manhã maravilhoso
A primeira impressão é curiosa: a recepção fica dentro de um pub. Chegar no fim de tarde ou de noite é engraçado, porque o pub enche e você chega com as malas dentro do pub. Mas é uma experiência bacana. O hotel não tem elevador e a escada é estreita, para subir com as malas é um pouco complicado. O diferencial desse hotel é o café da manhã, maravilhoso! O preparo é feito por um chef de cozinha, e você pede no menu o tipo de café da manhã que você quer. No primeiro dia foi o full English breakfast, delicioso! Vale a pena ficar no hotel só pelo café da manhã. Sem possibilidade de late checkout. A recepcionista foi até um pouco seca ao responder que não poderíamos sair um pouco mais tarde. Sempre me pergunto se eles conseguem arrumar todos os quartos de saída ao mesmo tempo às 12h quando negam um pedido de saída um pouco mais tarde.

Great hotel, great staff.
Our stay at the Wellington was exactly what we needed. Friendly staff from check in. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and despite being right next to the train line the noise didn’t keep us awake. The coffee bag were a welcome surprise and a lovely touch. The bathroom needs a little work as it was tired and could do with a bit of shelving and somewhere next to the sink to hang the hand towel. Breakfast was fab, and overall I would rate our stay as excellent.

Not too bad. The only thing I didn’t like was the long skinny stairs to get to the room. Hard to carry my bid suitcase up the flights.

Great stay. Very clean. Staff very accommodating. Extremely close to Waterloo station which is fantastic for touring London. 20 minute walk to Covent Garden. Close to London Eye, National Threatre and War Museum and many more. Second time here and we will be back.

Excellent facilities and efficient staff - no complaints. Nice touch to have both complimentary water and other drinks in the room along with usual tea and coffee etc. Lovely traditional pub with plenty of seating - good beer selection and whoever chooses the playlist makes great choices!

Business one night
A lovely clean, comfortable and stylish room. Yes, you will need the earplugs provided due to it being opposite the main entrance to Waterloo station (note the underground exit brings you out on the higher storey!) Rainfall shower, fluffy towels, decent sized fridge. There's steps up to the rooms because it's an old building. Breakfast selection was good, fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, cow and plant milk etc. And a selection of cooked breakfast to order. The only slight feedback I have is that I requested the poached eggs to be fully cooked. I clarified that I meant "not soft". Unfortunately they came out soft poached. This isn't just a preference, people with compromised immune systems need to avoid certain foods being undercooked. I didn't send the breakfast back because I didn't want to have to explain my reasons, but perhaps some training with your staff would help avoid this in the future. Otherwise, a great place and I would certainly stay again.

This is a very unique hotel. It sits atop an English Pub just a two minute walk from Waterloo Station. We had an early train from Waterloo and this hotel did not disappoint in it's location. The breakfast was AMAZING. We had all the convenience of a typical hot English breakfast. We did not leave with an empty stomach. The staff was incredibly friendly from the evening check in to the morning breakfast dining room staff. Be aware that if your room is on the top floor and you are carrying large suitcases that the staircase does get a bit narrow. Once upstairs, however, the room is just enough for two people and the bathroom has all the amenities one would need from body lotion to shampoo/ conditioner.

Great stay!
Good size room for the location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Nice and clean refurbished ensuite bathroom. I did hear the trains, but it was not a problem for me. Inevitable considering the location. Would stay again.

Wonderful, accommodating, friendly staff. Great location- bus and tube right across the road. Fantastic delicious breakfast was included. It was very hot when we stayed but we had a fan in our room and a window which opened. Would stay there again and highly recommend!

Easy walking location
A comfortable stay at the Wellington. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Yes it’s above a pub and near a train station but the pub closes by 11 and the trains do not go all through the night. Would stay here again!
