This location is in the middle of the city so it was easy to get to places and only a few minute from their Chinatown. The nightlife is booming and lots of souvenir shops and eateries nearby. The water fluctuated between hot and cold but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast provided daily which was great when we had booked schedules and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before we left. Had a good experience here and would definitely consider coming back if we come back to London.

The property is centrally located easy to move around from. The only complaint I have about the property is the size of the room. This room may be ok for one person but for two absolutely not. Too small! The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ideally situated hotel for exploring London. Staff that we encountered were all polite and helpful. Our room was spotless and although very small was comfortable and just what we needed for a night . We had the buffet breakfast which was good value and food tasty and plentiful. Shower was great and powerful. Tea making facilities in room were welcome for a cuppa in the morning.

Excellent location to restaurants, pubs, underground. Rooms are quite small but workable, a trade off for the location. Modern room amenities. Staff was very helpful. The AC struggled to keep up when we were in the room.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! My husband and I stayed for a single night. This hotel is very central and close to transportation hubs. Our only complaint was that the water did not get to be very hot. The staff was very kind and AC worked perfectly.

Great compact and affordable room right in the heart of London for solo travelers. Located right behind the National Gallery, it's minutes away on foot to nearby tube stations, theatres, restaurants, etc. For the price and convenient location, this hotel is unbeatable. Comfy bed, clean room with air conditioning, room gets cleaned every other day, and note there's no mini fridge in the room.
