The location was perfect. Just past the Tower tube stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast well worth the cost. Two green spaces adjacent. Pickleball count across window. Fun to watch players. ZiZi’s restaurant just two blocks down and across the street Small reception area but always manned. Note: no hand rail on the stairs to the entrance. Difficult to manage with luggage

We had a smooth check in. Place was clean. We liked how close it was to london tower. We also liked having laundry in the apt. It was a bit noisy as construction was happening outside.

We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly special. Highly recommended and thank you, Arcona!

Good location but room lacked AC and proper ventilation. While rooms can be available before 3pm check-in, hotel gouges anyone wanting early check-in with a £20/h fee

Booked this by accident thinking I was booking their sister hotel The Tower Suites. Did not realize they even had two properties as we had stayed at the suites before. Would have been fine except for the fact that our apartment faced a construction site and once 8 am hit the noise became impossible.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Roxana and Max for making our stay so memorable. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was seamless, and we genuinely felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Roxana, Max and the entire team, for such an incredible stay!

Great location, very clean and well appointed, we travelled outwith the heatwave in London but still struggled with the hot temperatures for the rooms despite there being an air con unit added. That is the only negative. All staff were friendly and kind with free bottled water offered often.

I stayed here as a solo traveler last minute for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The first night I had to check in late (12:30a) and was quickly checked in and was upgraded without even asking! Yes there is not central AC currently, but I found leaving it on cooler when out of the room and then leaving it off in the bedroom at night (I had a room with a separate living/bedroom) worked perfectly. There are a few places to eat within a 30 second or less walk, and being close to the Tower of London and the bridge / food trucks / water was great for exploring. Finding an Uber was incredibly easy as they picked up right outside 15 second walk away in front of an outdoor park area. I would for sure stay here again. Having a kitchen and laundry was a huge plus for a last minute stay after already traveling for 7+ days prior.
