"Conveniently located right off the main highway—can be a little tricky to navigate during peak times, but still manageable. Check-in was quick and easy, with friendly staff and a good-sized parking lot so parking isn’t a problem even with all of the trucks for the in-town workers in the back. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. TV selection was great as well as the hot water temperature and pressure. "They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing...
