We had a fabulous stay. Staff was helpful, restaurant was good and pool/ beach area was fabulous. I debated between a waterfront ocean or the bigger studio room. I am glad I chose the waterfront king, the location was amazing and with the studio you would need to cross route 1 for amenities.

Very clean room, great fluffy towels, good supply of hot water, good mattress, comforter nice and clean, warm too. Simple room but adequate for our one night stay. Quiet too.

There is was a pretty big pool onsite which was a great activity for the kids. There was also like a little pier at the end of the property and we fished a little. A great little home away from home feel.

There were a few problems with the room when we arrived but the staff took care of it promptly. The stay was very relaxing. Manatees off the bow of the boat every day. It was our second trip here and hope to come back again.

Great place to stay and the people are very nice. Centrally located and have grocery store right next door. The facility was clean and convertible. The one thing I would warn anyone who wants to stay here is if you have motion sickness the constant movement of the boat will cause you issues.

Room was clean but could use a bit of updating. Staff was very nice but always busy so there was a wait to order a drink, close out a tab, or talk to someone at the front desk. Great location. Comfy bed. All needed kitchen equipment. Would stay there again.

Try this Key for laid back & chill out Vacation! Don't miss FLORIDA BOY bar & grill about 1 mile N on the overseas highway, aka US1. Many other good spots within 15 mile N&S on route 1. WE will return!!
