“The hotel was ok except that the hot water went out for the entire hotel for the duration of our stay. I'm fairly sure it wasn't working when we checked in, but we didn't find out until we took a shower the next morning. The staff never mentioned anything about it until we brought it up and didn't bother to keep us updated. We had to keep asking when it might be fixed. They refused to refund even a part of the room fee and were ignoring the request when I took the complaint to the corporate...

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they had given us had not been cleaned after last guest, so we had to go back to desk. We were promptly given a new room, which was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a safe area. Breakfast was okay.”

Also really appreciated that front desk staff immediately put me in a different but identical room after I walked into the first room, tried to close the shade and the cord totally broke. I was very comfortable, had all my needs met and the price was market value”
