Checking into the hotel was not good at all I was very disappointed with the lady that checked us in because we didn’t check in until AFTER 5:00 because she said our room wasn’t ready she said she would give us a call but she never did so it was a nice young man that checked us in with no problem and was very friendly and professional but the hotel was very nice and clean

This place is a complete dump. I've stayed here so many times I live in Longview but my kids and I frequently get rooms at hotels with indoor pools just to have time together and we love to swim. Use to be my number one choice from all the choices in Longview. Never again will I stay here it wasn't clean the pool wasn't even good. The hot tub jets didn't work at all and it was cold. They had loud music or huge party til super late my 18 year old and 23 old girls didn't feel safe. Wouldn't go anywhere in hotel with out me. And that's not common for them. The night front desk guy took forever .. house keepers were rude . Only thing that was perfect the breakfast choice and nice breakfast attendant. For this being a hilton brand hugely disappointing they and Hampton inn should be embarrassed. I would have rather stayed at the guest on accesss road near interstate and they don't even have swimming pool.
