장거리 여행 후 하루 잠만 자려고 예약한 숙소에요. 청결하고 안전하기만 하면 OK였는데 창결 이슈가 있어요. 캐틀 대신 있는 커피 머신은 지저분하고 접시 꺼냈는데 음식물 뭍어 있었어요. 화장실 욕조에 장애인용 받침대가 있는데 물때인지 곰팡이가 있어서 찜찜했어요. 방이 크고 아침 식사는 만족 스러웠는데 기본 청결이 안 좋다 보니 실망이에요

Rooms are nice. Not loud but next to the freeway so sometimes the cars are loud. Bed is very convertible and a nice size room.

Loved the soft bed! And the room was quiet, though a bit on the small side. Breakfast was decent. Pool large but cool in temperature and not very inviting being mostly cement. Note that the second floor and roof are being renovated so areas are closed and there are workers active during the day.

It’s was the worst hotel I had in the last 15 years. There was mold in the room and it looked like a cheap motel. I do not recommend.

It felt safe with a great location. The parking garage was convenient for our rental car. The breakfast provided eah morning had lots of options & was very well stocked & very good!

It is the second time in a short period that I book a hotel with Expedia and shortly after booking is confirmed I get a message from the hotel that the hotel is under going renovation. This is unacceptable and the hotel was very expensive

This hotel is atrocious. Rooms open to central sitting area so there is constant noise. Roof currently being renovated- heavy noise, debris and smells. Homeless people encamped right outside. Woke us with arguments at 6am. New toilet positioned in the center of the bathroom (?? No idea why). Area around hotel is blighted and not safe after dark.

In the middle of the night we got a nasty smell and found it was coming from the bed. We used an extra blanet and sprayed bed smelled like throw up. When I made the front desk aware in the morning they just said they’d let housekeeping know but didn’t offer any type of compensation. There was remodeling being done on the property and they didn’t make me aware until after I booked and couldn’t cancel. It was loud staring at 8am so we couldn’t even sleep in. Noise is an issue. People having breakfast in the patio were very loud so even with no construction you can’t sleep in.

Nice location. For the price, it's perfect. They had a sofa bed, but it was pretty tiny. Other than that, I think it's great. Best part was front desk! Great service is why I gave you five stars. The rooms are very far. My mom has like a bad knee, but there was no way around that. The side exit has a step that you can't see and my son can't read because has audtism and slammed on his knee and hands so hard. He was crying for a long while. They should have a ramp right there or something. That probably pissed me off the most.

You could hear everything! When the room next door flushes the toilet you will definitely hear it. I was expecting the place to be more safe and clean but no. The breakfast was not good either, very disappointed.

Located in a real busy area, with cars parked everywhere along the street, the sign to parking garage is not clearly visible. However the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and check in was quick. The room I was given was in a great location, breakfast was a plenty and delicious. The housekeepers went the extra mile to help me take out of trash bags, and give direction. The only thing that keeps me from giving this hotel a 4 star is the fact that the pool was closed for my 2nd day there, “indefinitely”. I got back from Universal Studios, wanting to relax with 2 children, and found that the pool had been closed, without notice. I would not have booked 3days-2 nights, had I known this prior.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the location - I could walk most places I needed to get to. The property is a bit older but has been updated & renovated, so it felt nice, and it was comfortable. The room above me was pretty noisy - I could hear every little thing they were doing - I wonder if the management could stagger having people in rooms not above/below each other to help minimize noise. The only other little complaint is that the water pressure was pretty poor. But overall, I enjoyed staying here and will stay here again on future trips!

The location was main factor when choosing this hotel the the free parking and breakfast. Hotel is a short drive to Santa monica beach and promenade and an easy drive from the airport. Parking was easy and there were always spots available. Room was small and humid (towels never dry) but the outside patio between rooms was a lovely place to soak in the sun and chill at the end of the day. It is a basic hotel that worked for us. Staff was very friendly and immediately provided us with any items we asked for.
