The staff was very courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready on time, but the staff took care of that and gave us a discount . the hotel needs an upgrade. The carpet needs to be redone and the bathtubs need to be reglazed and repainted.

The location of the property is perfect and the staff is great, however the conditions within the rooms are disgusting. Roaches can be seen in the kitchenette’s and bath tubs. I had to cut my stay short due to this.

The place is very filthy! Once you walk inside it has a strong terrible smell. Like old wood house! I couldn’t sleep at night due to the smell. I had to buy a candle to lightening it up all night. Our kitchen was dirty and the microwave had stains and it was rusty. Not safe at all. The windows were dirty. Lots of spider webs and insects and the curtains seems they haven’t been washed in decades. This hotel needs full renovation. I would not recommend this place at all. Nothing like the pictures shown.

You get what you paid for

Front desk was friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and unfortunately, I believe people were smoking weed as my room filled with the smell. It was manageable.

The check in was easy and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. The elevator and hallway was dirty. And the room was clean but I saw in the morning a little cockroach running around the bedroom. A little more effort can be great.

Hotel was in a great spot if you’re looking to explore Ontario and surrounding areas. In the heart of the IE. Hotel allows pets and you can tell. Room smelled like dog pee in the carpets. Everything else was clean except for that.

Front desk clerk was rude and in a personal phone call while tried to check in. We asked a few ?? And either didn’t Answer or was annoyed we asked ?? Beds are really hard hallways had a bad smell. Room was clean

Elisha made this whole experience wonderful! There was an issue with the machine and checking me in. She was professional, funny, and keep me updated. She asked me about me comfort level as to what floor would I like. Just great customer service!
