주변이 너무 안전한 분위기가 아니고 호텔방이 건물내부가 아니라 외부에 노출되어 있어서 안전에 문제가 있다고 느껴졌어요 아이들과 이용했는데 문제는 없었지만 너무 불안했어요

We stayed for 5 nights (ground floor) and I definitely satisfied with our stay. Staffs were very kind. Room was big enough for 2, very clean. Good location, close to the market (7 min. by walk). Parking lot was big enough.

방 전체에서 꿀릴꿀릴한 냄생 낭용. 샹웡 물에서 냄시가 난걸로 보아 물 문제라구 생각함니당. LA는 다 그런가했는데 다른 덴 안 그렇던걸로 보아 여기문제인거가타요. 직원분이 친절하십니다. 주변이 안전한 편이긴 하고 근거리에 마트가 두개나 있고 신발파는 싼 가게도 있어요.

The bathroom shower curtain needs replacement to sturdy material. Otherwise place is nice clean even its old. Will stay there again in the future travel

Very helpful attendants at check-in who provided lots of information on where to go locally. Good location for us and near to the observatory. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely retain.

The bed sheet was extremely old like having mold on the sheets. I would expect having paper towel / facial tissue paper in the room other than the toilet paper in the bathroom. I was disappointed with the rating on Expedia. With this price and rating, I expect more. Most likely the worst I ever have with such price range in big cities. I would not recommend! Staff was nice though but in case you keep your luggage with them before check in or after check out. They just keep your luggage and bags openly in the reception area without any control - no record, no tags, no string, simply leave them there. When no staff working in the reception, they do lock the entrance door.

Dear Guest, Sorry for inconvenience. We provide facial tissues in all room, if it was missing, you should ask us and we would happy to provide you. We do not have lobby to open for everyone. Our lobby door is locked all the time. We are not obligated to hold your luggage but for courtesy we keep it. There is only front desk and we buzz for guests only. We have cameras in lobby and if you were not comfortable, you should not leave yours bags here, You are giving us bad rating for extra stuff which we let you keep your luggage. Let the guests decide to stay here or not. You have posted a worst review got everything but still have complains.

The hotel was fine in itself, with the pool, etc. But the bathroom door in our room did not close shut, and did not lock.

Prima motel maar wel aan onderhoud toe. De deuren zitten er scheef in en je kijkt er door de kieren naar buiten. Voor de rest was de kamer prima en schoon. Personeel ook vriendelijk. 300 meter van de metro en 400 meter van een supermarkt. We zijn er 2 nachten geweest en zouden zeker weer gaan.

The staff was okay but the rooms did not look like the pictures and they weren’t very clean I had found stains on the counter and someones pimple patch stuck on the counter. There were also little flies in the bathroom for some reason. It was a convenient location because Hollywood Blvd is down the street and not far from Universal Studios.

This was a solid property. Just a basic no bones but everything that you need if you're on a business or personal trip. Everything was clean, team members were amazing, just a great vibe and very quiet. Super pro place to stay.

No parking for my truck. Many homeless living on the sidewalk. Very unsafe.

This is a nice clean and convenient hotel. Reasonable offer of restaurants and convenience stores. Kudos for keeping the room well stocked with toiletries and coffee.

Definitely a great deal! Don't judge this hotel by the looks of the outside or the area. Very nice rooms, upgraded. We had a double room , beds were very comfortable, great tv channels. The shower had great water pressure and very hot water. The only issue we had was that water had a wide spray but no big deal. Very close to lots of stores and restaurants. All within walking distance is a Walgreens, Target, Ralph's, Ross, Panda Express, Burger King, Pollo Campero and so much more.

Very convenient (close to bus stops and metro stations). Plenties of affordable Asian cuisines nearby. It is very close to the Hollywood too! (15 minutes away, by bus, from the Chinese theater) Staffs are friendly (One of them even guide us to hidden gems of LA such as Santa Monica beach!) and the services are excellent. (I personally liked the fact that they have a washing machine and a dryer — very convenient, especially if you are planning to stay for multiple nights). We were able to explore LA and this hotel has made our stay more relaxing than we expected. Recommended 👍

Parking is terrible. There was barely any room to drive around the lot. Unless you have a compact car you can only hope for one of the 4 spots that have some space. Be prepared to smell marijuana. The motel states there is no smoking or vaping anything inside but they don't seem to enforce it at all. The bedding and towels were clean and the floors are wood so the ground was clean too. The shower had a little bit of mildew in the caulk but wasn't gross and the rest was clean enough. Bring ear plugs! You will hear EVERY sound. From people walking upstairs, to conversations, to doors opening and slamming, to televisions in other rooms. There doesn't appear to be any sort of sound dampening whatsoever. Street noise was loud. Even the fridge in the room was loud. We choose this location because of the price and proximity to universal studios. Both were great. Was the cheapest and only 9 minutes from the theme park. I suppose you get what you pay for but the rating gave me a false sense of hope that it would be decent. If any of the cons I've listed would bother you as well I'd keep looking for a different place.
