Hollywood Orchid Suites was wonderful! The service was top-notch - everyone was so friendly! Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have a kitchen that was stocked with all the basics. The location was great - literally a block from the top Hollywood sights. We had no complaints!

立地はハリウッドの街中からすぐのところで最高です。 お部屋はとても広く、クローゼットがたくさんあったので、洗濯物も余裕で干すことができました。 無料の朝食は、パン類やフルーツ、ヨーグルト、カップラーメン、飲み物などが用意されていて、連泊しても飽きることなく美味しく食べられました。特に新鮮なりんご、みかん、バナナのフルーツがとても嬉しかったです。朝食会場は狭かったけれど、部屋にダイニングテーブルがあるので、部屋まで運んで食べれて便利です。 ただ、ソファーベットのある部屋に泊まったのですが、ソファーベットの寝心地は最悪でした。マットがゴツゴツで、真ん中が窪んでいて平らではなかったです。また風呂のシャワーの水圧が弱かったのも残念でした。

Hotel super bem localizado. Tem estacionamento com diária de 16 dólares com txs. Fica ao lado de um shopping, inclusive com acesso por uma porta lateral. Café da manhã razoável. Tem apenas 3 mesas no local, então o jeito é fazer o teu prato e levar pro quarto. Atendente do café da manhã, sra. Patrícia, muito simpática e prestativa. Tive um contratempo no primeiro dia, pois minha cama, que era um sofá-cama, estava todo abaulado, de tanto uso. Reclamei na recepção e eles me propuseram até mudar para um quarto superior sem custo, mas não aceitei pq meus pais estavam já bem acomodados no quarto com cama king que achei melhor não sair. No dia seguinte mudaram o sistema do sofá cama e a cama ficou boa e me deixaram um bilhete pedindo desculpas e mantendo a oferta de mudar para um quarto superior sem custos a qualquer momento. Agradeci, mas continuei no mesmo quarto, que era muito confortável. Hotel não cobra tx de resort, está super bem localizado em Hollywood e te tratam muito bem. Recomendo a todos. Não tem erro.

Close to Everything. Great staff.

Hotel is a converted apartment complex so the rooms feel more like a home than a hotel. The secure parking is great and the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Next door to the Dolby Theatre and Highland Center/Chinese Theatre. Highly recommend.

Loved the Location the most!! Right behind the Dolby Theatre and a shopping mall. The friendliness of staff, cleanliness and size of the rooms were great. Everyone was awesome, especially Patricia during breakfast - which was included and was perfect in terms of selection. Think continental breakfast...bakery, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. Ubered everywhere, but if you have a car it’s only $15 a day to park. We would stay here again!!!!

Great stay!

The service was excellent at Hollywood Orchid Suites ! The location was perfect for us as the location is near many places we planned to go. The breakfast was very good, lots of options!! Everything was clean and welcoming. The plants and flowers are all lovely. We had a really wonderful time. My one negative is the beds. The mattress is so hard and uncomfortable and the bedding harsh on my skin. I would come back here if new and better mattresses were bought and nicer linens. Otherwise, all was perfect.

This place is amazing! What a great find! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.We got a room (recently remodeled) for our family of 4, and it was plenty of room (bordered on huge). Beds were comfy. The room was impeccably spotless. Continental breakfast was awesome! Patricia, who restocked the breakfast, was a delight! She is so nice and it’s such a nice way to start the day!! I needed some more shampoo and they actually knew my name! So many nice little touches. Three luggage racks, fully appointed kitchen, tons of storage, free wifi, direct tv, on-site laundry facilities, and a great great location!!! A quick cut through the mall and you’re on Hollywood Blvd.

The staff was so kind, and I really enjoyed my breakfast there, delicious breads and yogurt. Very close to Hollywood Walk-of-Fame, and I really had a great time at Universial Studios. The room that I stayed for two nights was perfect, except for the noise outside early in the morning but just for few minutes. The room was so big, and the bathroom was really warm since there's a heater above.
