There is a large staff of security people on the property and it is very safe. Room was clean, bed comfortable, location convenient to freeway.

Could be better

Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install a strike plate for the door to be truly secure. The bed was very comfortable but the floor inside the room was extremely dirty. Don’t walk barefoot without wipes by the bed!!!

The bathroom in the room they gave us had a leak exactly in the toilet, the toilet was super old, and the noise of the next room is heard very well, very noisy neighborhood 😠

I’ve found some really nice hotels for a bargain while staying in LA and this was not one of them. I really tried to like this hotel but there were too many red flags: room card constantly failing, no central A/C, no remotes to the TV, understaffed. The location is unbeatable but if you stay aim to get the best looking room possible.
